One of friends suggested to me try the food of Chopped leaf. One fine day, I went there with my friend. Honestly speaking, the... biggest mistake of my life. I opted the option for design your own wrap. First of all the lady who was on the other side of thecounter barely understood my order. Secondly, some ingredients supposed to come with wrap price, were charged extra. On the topof it, the lady did not have any clue. She was looking for another co-worker, initially no body helped her. Then a girl showedup, she was speaking in a rude way while correcting the order. Finally, when we received our order it was not even eatablebecause of the lettuce which had gone bad. Tasted so bad. Also, they just served the cold wrap. We just wasted around $30 onbuying that tasteless food. I wish I could have taken the food from another food chain. I will never recommend anyone to buyfood from chopped leaf. Read more

Love their healthy options. Vegetarian friendly, lots of versatility with protein option so it definitely fills you up no matter... if you opt for a wrap/bowl/salad. Love this particular location, everytime I've been here the staff have been friendly, quickand quality food always. Personal favs would be southwest in salad with hot sauce. It's bad enough when the person answering the phone is too difficult to understand, but then you arrive and staff are on their... phone and your food looks like what fell out of a Big Mac! I had to poke around for a red and yellow pepper: may have been aboutone teaspoon of each. And I'm being generous. AVOID. Read more
Ordered 2 wraps to go this afternoon. Quick service but both wraps had barely (if any) dressing. Much worse than other Chopped... Leaf locations, which are always good. Been visiting here since they opened a few years ago as I work in the area. There have been a lot of lows between staff and... ownership changes. I stopped visiting as the food is often inconsistent - mainly the rice is often crunchy. Every now and then Igive them the benefit of the doubt. This past week I went in, and requested to add extra avocado for 2 items that containeddairy I couldn't have. The girl said sure but a $2 charge was added so I opted to not get extra. I was understanding of theirrules about it being a protein and a charge. When I got back to work and opened the box all my lettuce was marbled with brownspots, thought maybe it was just the rice staining it...nope it was brown rusted lettuce. But to make it worse my chicken wasway over cooked and completely dried out, and there were 2 tiny little slivers of avocado. Usually there are good sized slices.It was actually the worst food I have had here yet. It wasn't worth my time to head back to discuss it as I have decided thislocation just isn't for me. Read more
My wife and I used to come here 5-6 times a week and loved it however this last year; the location has been consistently making... the wraps smaller and smaller and keep adding less ingredients. I understand fuel is adding to rising costs but I would preferbusinesses raise their prices instead of making the portions smaller. Consumers for the most part are very sophisticated and weknow when business is doing this sneaky tactic of cheaping out on their portion sizes. It?s a shame because I loved this placebut the wraps have gotten so small it?s very little lettuce now surrounded by a wrap - nobody wants to bite down on a huge pieceof wrap with nothing inside it. There?s too many other restaurants in the area who don?t resort to this type of sleight of handto trick their customers. Not a good move and I hope you guys go back to how it used to be; maybe then I?ll come back. It reallyis a shame because I used to love this place. Too bad some people can?t see the big picture. The other disappointing thing thathappened is I took the time to send corporate a very polite and detailed email to provide constructive feedback to help improvetheir location and they didn?t even have the decency to write back and acknowledge my letter. If you don?t care enough aboutyour customers to acknowledge their feedback, why should we support you ? You guys will figure it out one day. Read more
