The staff was very rude. I ordered new signature bowl, none of the item was chopped in the bowl, the quantity was very less, the... quality was poor. Even we were charged extra for the food. Very poor customer service, the sandwich was a total mess. The lady at the front desk (gurleen) was trying her best but she was... rushing so much. This location is short staffed and need to work better in serving their customers. Worst experience ever. Read more
Hands down one of the best staff that makes really filling subs. Yet to try the rice bowls.
We went about 4 pm and about three people were behind us. The server was so overwhelmed and by the time she came to my sub it... was so cold and dry. My friend ordered a sandwich and the server started preparing a completely different sandwich. Servicebelow standards and completely unorganized.
