This place is a joke. At 7.32 am went to get a sandwich and I like them toasted. The lady said the toaster is not ready. I asked... if you open at 7 why wouldn't the business have the employee come a few minutes early, turn the oven on and clean (or clean atnight) and make it ready for customers at 7. I live in this town of fraser heights. They used to be good but now their staffs are not friendly and they are cheap with their... veggies. They looked irritated when i asked for more veggies for my sub. They would put a sprinkle of more veggie as acceptingthe gesture of my request but they add only so little that there isn't much difference. I gave them a chance few more time sinceI thought it might just that particular staff's problem but it was all the same with othet staffs. The last time I visited, Iwas poorly dressed and asked for more veggie and the staff reacted like she was offended. I didn't make any statement and Iwasn't happy but I'm sure the staff noticed my face expression became firm. After payment by my credit card, I used theirwashroom. On my way out, the same staff called me and slammed the receipt on the counter saying that I need to sign the receipt.I did not understand why I had to be treated like this because nobody else had to sign the receipt but me. Worst subway I have ever had, very rude and mediocre staff who have no communication skills and don't care about what you are... asking. The sandwich was complete trash as they barely even gave me 1/2 scoop of chicken for each side of the foot long, askedfor Swiss cheese and got white, they didn't care. The worst part was the vegetables as I only got 12 olives and 4 cucumber totalwith a bare minimum of lettice and horrible ends of a tomatoes and all in all the sauce was utterly pathetic as the amount theygave me was less than what you get on a buddy burger from A&W. So paid 10$ for the sub and didn't even get 3 $ worth ofanything. And the old bag who was serving me was not only rude but criticised of me and my order when I was telling her what Iwanted.
