My wife and I went for drinks here. The lady that worked the Drive Thur on Aug 20 about 3ish pm . She was so nice as we were... waiting for our drinks to be made, she engaged in a small conversation. It was nice to be treated as a human being vs otherstores that spits you out and doesn't listen at all . She is a good example of a great customer service. Oh ya our iced whitechocolate and ice vanilla latte 1/2 sweet was delicious too . Will be back , even if it's super busy there . Read more

The app and or the system doesn't let you order ahead at all of the stores/ locations. The different sizes really confuse in... the way the names are and also the top 3 sizes if you order pretty much look the same. Why can't you just make it simple oratleast mention on the glass what size is it. On the app its pretty easy to customize the drink, but if you want to order inperson its little hard to explain or understand. Read more

So disappointed. I went there to get my first PSL of the year on my way home from a bad day only to come to a HALF EMPTY drink.... The cup felt light so I opened the lid to check it out only to find a drink which seemed to be someone else's leftovers.Thankfully I didn't take a sip before opening it. This was a complete rip off. i come to this starbucks occasionally and last night around 9pm i was getting a hot chocolate after a very long day. the girl... in the drive thru i believe her name was Gurveen she brightened my day. her smile and positive energy made me feel so welcomed.even other days i came before, the staff here have been so welcoming and friendly. i highly recommend this location.
