The employees here are absolutely useless. The tall blonde hair surfer looking guy should smoke another joint. 20 minutes... standing waiting and they "somehow misplaced my order". 5 minutes before that i had asked the baurista if she had a hotchocolate coming up and she said i dunno i just make the drinks as the slips come through... Im only asking because 10 peoplewho walked in the store after me have already come and gone. $6 for a hot chocolate is bad enough. But when you pay and theydon't make your order at all. Ridiculous. These people don't even deserve minimum wage. Absolutely useless. Read more

Fantastic customer service from barista meegan. Went above and beyond to get me my drink in a critical life saving manor. Have... never had the will to live as strong as i do now. Thanks megan! Read more

Nicole helped me this morning and she was SOOO kind and so helpful, I have a new favourite drink! She has excellent customer... service (as do all of the employees) but she made my morning that much better! Read more

I am so shocked that I have to give any Starbucks a bad review. Today, I went in to order at the cashier instead of mobile.... Boy!! Big mistake!! Not to mention the long wait, they forgot about my order. When I asked one of the staff about my order, hedidn't even want to check. He said, "It will come when it comes. You just have to wait." (So rude tone as well.) I wasn't evencomplaining. I just asked politely. I was upset but still waited because I could see they were busy. After few more minutes ofwaiting, I asked the other staff. Also said same thing. Then, I told them that other people who ordered after me already gottheir orders and left long time ago. And, I opened up my receipt on my app and showed it to another (3rd) staff. He finallychecked and said he's not sure what happened to it. Then, he apologized and made my order. I understand that they were busy, butwas it too much for me to ask them to check on my order? Really? Read more
