Location is recently renovated but staff are still rude as usual. I shouldn?t say all of them but just one particular barrister... with long curly hair (pretty face). Sad that she can?t be more friendly. Every drink she made, nearly no one could hear her saywhat it is when it?s ready. She basically looked down whenever she?s handing the drinks to the customers and mumbled her words.I asked her why the brown sugar Oak milk shaken espresso drink tastes like pumpkin spice and she again mumbled. I politely saidI?m sorry can you repeat that and she just simply ignored me. Other staff members jumped in and answered my question. I didn?tknow a brown sugar drink would involve cinnamon in it by the way. Anyway, this location needs to renovate their staff?s attitudeinstead. Read more
Drinks take forever to be ready. This location used to be great but it sucks. Ordering ahead doesn?t make it quicker either... because they lose orders all the time. Read more
I ordered an iced pumpkin spice latte via mobile app, and the drink includes whipped cream on top. When I arrive at the store,... finding that no spiced whipped cream on top, I told the staff the drink is different from the one in the app picture. Thereceipe listed the whipped cream, and then she told me the whipped cream is only for hot drink. I said this is the second timethat the drink is different from what I ordered, and she suddenly became very unpolite, and emphasized that she made a ?correct?drink which is just ?wrong? to me. I asked for a coffee frap that is "not sweet at all and it" was extra sweet. I couldn't call it anything but disgusting and... after I asked I was told that no sweetener is added to it. Made an order a couple minutes ago online and went to pick it up from the drive thru. On the window the person asked for the... name and went I said it she asked me to spell, when I told her she rolled her eyes at me and left. Came back and just did theannoyed smile at me and handed it over. I now got my coffee and am driving away I go to pick it up to drink it and the cup ishalf full (I ordered an on menu drink not espresso?s) as well as cold (was supposed to be warm coffee).
