After a traumatic day of waiting 8 hours for a passport, we chilled for an early dinner. I had fish and chips, and the pieces... were huge, I definitely didn't need the two pieces. Greasy, but it's deep fried batter - it's gonna be greasy, so not acomplaint, it was just noticeable - it was also delicious! Service was meh, the restaurant was nearly empty so the waitresscould have been more attentive and friendly. Overall, we like Ricky's - the food is consistent and tastes good. The owner is rude and very snobby. Her breakfast waitress looks like the wife of a Hell's Angel and forgets what people order in... less than a minute. Food is very bland and it takes forever to arrive. They also don't bring you the bill on time. Save yourselfthe time and money and go somewhere else to eat. Read more

My friend and I cane for breakfast this morning and we were not greeted when we walked in no one was at the front counter, it... took 25 mins before anyone even bothered to bring us silverware. The experience at your restaurant was horrible. I paid withinteractive and for whatever reason it cancelled on me then the hostess blamed me saying I pressed the wrong button which I didnot because I know how to use a debit machine. I?m really wanted to give this place 3.5 stars but site won?t allow me.. I really liked the food. It?s like home cooking and... simple. I had eggs benny with the maple bacon... it was pretty good. I?ll most likely eat here again. I?m deducting 1.5 starsfor these reason the washroom smell absolutely gross and the table was sticky... Staff was friendly.
