Went to this popeyes for a media promotion but we're just blown away by the staff. Upon arrival, several staff greeted us and... asked how we were doing. The food was quick and fresh. While we were eating, we could see the staff doing their work whilesmiling and laughing.. I don't think I've seen staff at a fast food chain enjoy their work so much. The manager and anotheremployee also came by all the tables to check on the food, which just blew my mind. Amazing customer service when compared to other fast food restaurants. The dining room was clean and well maintained. I did not... have to wait more than 5 minutes for my food and all of my food was properly in the bag, nothing was missing. Paras greeted mewith a friendly smile and made me feel like him and his team were making my food the best it could possibly be. I came here recently near closing time and the staff still took my order even though it was a large one. The food was amazing!... The chicken tenders were not dry at all they were very juicy and my burger combos were fresh and just delicious! The staff wassuper friendly and very helpful especially Dilber, Jasmeen, and Shannon who made sure my order was correct and perfect. They allmade sure my order went smooth and made my evening! Chicken is not as good as the one in south Surrey, this branch has small chicken and dry on the outside. Meat is tender but not... moist. Dry meal I got plus not spicy even though it is spicy ??????? My experience at Popeyes was very good. I came here today with my friends .Front counter girl was very kind and polite. Her name... was Jasmeen as There was a wait for chicken . I was really disappointed by this location. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and only got 1 pickle in each. The chicken was really... dry. One piece was so hard I had to spit it out. Couldn't finish it. That was a first cause I usually love popeyes. Read more
