I went there on my birthday with my brother for dinner. The waitress was so rude and one of their dishes was not good at all.... The customer service was zero. If I do go back there, I would nake sure to show them my attitude too. If this is how thecustomers are going to be treated, then either shut off their restaurant or fire her. We went here for my birthday last weekend and it was disappointing. I?ve ordered from the restaurant before through door dash... and was very happy. This time, the food was just not up to par and the experience was not great. Very small portions for itshigh price. The food quality was okay, a bit oily. When we went their water boiler was broken so no hot water for tea. Our 10month baby pooped and there was no change table in either the men?s or women?s washroom, the floors were extremely dirty andthey had no knives in the restaurant at all (I wanted to cut up some noodles for my daughter, they said they didn?t have anyknives because the food is cut bite sized already). I?m sorry what restaurant doesn?t have any knives? What if you had a childor an older person who needed things cut a bit smaller than how it comes out? (SURREY location) I barely review places, but today via Doordash. The food was too oily. My Mapo Tofu 60% of the sauce was in... the bag what a MESS! My family and I have been ordering here since they opened. Unfortunately the Portion is almost Haft thesize but the Price is at least 30% Higher. I ordered again after 11 months very SAD ???? this will be my last order unlessImprovements occur in the future. Read more
We were there a few times for lunch and I like some of the food. However this week we came two times at lunch time and both time... we found the restaurant closed with this notice of coming back on 4pm. If you decide to open only for dinner, shouldn?t youchange your business hours both at your door and on Google? It?s really disappointing after driving 20min only seeing this. Read more
See post that follows. Great food and good service. The spicy and Tangy dumplings is our favourite. The broth is out of this... world. Chili garlic eggplant is one of the best we?ve ever had. We have never been disappointed and highly recommend thisrestaurant. Recently visited Peaceful again and were totally disappointed. We ordered General Tzaos Chicken. Should have beencalled General Tzaos Dough Balls. Several pieces contained no chicken at all and others just slivers of chicken. The waitressasked us how the food was and we told her. She spoke to the chef and he said that was how it is sometimes. Not acceptable!!!Disappointed!!! Can no longer recommend. Will not return!!! Read more
Came in cravin some sweet n sour ...got the lunch special. Sweet n sour chicken. Paid extra for the thick noodles. First thing... I noticed was this place had 0 music. I could hear everyones phones n conversations. Water was served in a paper cup...wasnever offered a pop or beer...etc...water was warm at best. No ice... Server was nice. Checked on me once but did disappeartowards the end as I stood alone in the middle of the restaurant with noone else. Could of walked out without paying. Noodleswere firm and tasty. Not much sweet n sour sauce on the chicken. Im a saucey guy and lov a saucey chicken. I was also not blowaway by the amount of chicken I got...7ish pieces at most. For 13 bucks plus tax I really wanted more chicken! Very averageexperience...not bad...not great...nothing that would make me return or crave their food. Read more

Once a great Chinese place, now ruined by shrinking portion sizes and raising prices. For $20 you can get a beef dish with a... whole 4 tiny pieces of beef inside, where even just months before the amount would last you 3 days. The food is still ok, butthere's no way to justify the amount you get anymore. Read more
