Ordered last night. Got the order and the wings were completely burnt. More importantly, the dough was completely raw and not... cooked at all. Had to throw it away. Received a credit and ordered two pizzas few days later. The pizza was well made and theperson who delivered it was also very nice. He asked if he could wait 2 mins to see if the pizza was fine. I love the veggie korma from this place. There are many Panago locations but in surrey this one is my Favorite. I come here all... the way from 10 kms away. 5 stars to the pizza maker lady who works in night shifts. She looks like my mom and I just love herpizza. Read more
We ordered custom pizzas and chose fresh tomatoes as one of our toppings and we only got one piece of a diced tomato! Kinda... funny kinda sad. Read more
Never had a bad experience here. The pizza is always ready right on time, if not earlier than the estimated time. Staff is also... very friendly. Love the garlic dip! Please bring stuffed crust asap ???? Read more
I am a long time customer and order Pizza from these guys once a week. I placed an order and they didn?t deliver the dip with... it. I texted the driver 2 minutes after he left and he said he?s too far gone to bring it back. So the following week when Iordered pizza I told them about not getting the dip and they told me that it?s too late. I?m not getting the dip I paid for withthis order and they said I should have said something sooner lol. Like are you kidding me. How much does a dip cost? Lol. I?mthe kind of guy that doesn?t even complain when the pizza is smushed into half of the box. Which happens quite often. I reallydon?t care about the cost of a dip but because of how cheap and how poor the customer service I cancelled the order and willnever order again. Read more
