Always have friendly staff but I didn?t like how the cashier just chose the 15% tip option (very quickly I must add) on the... payment machine before handing it over to me to tap my card.. it?s self-serve and I?m already paying $22.80 for my TWO menchiebowls. I?d like to be given the option for tip of my choice (which I typically do), not be told to pay this amount by thecashier. It is not very honest of Menchies to do this. Anytime I've gone the girl greets us and smiles , shes nice and the place is pretty clean. One time a friend and I went just 3... minutes to closing time and she happily encouraged us to come in and take our time choosing what we wanted ! Great service thankyou. Read more
I was unaware that this place was self-serve. The girl working here was very rude to me regarding this. When I asked for a lid... for my cup of frozen yogurt, she slammed it down on the counter for me. I think she was very annoyed with something. Thisfrozen yogurt was very pricey $8 and I didn't even get a full cup. This business then has the nerve to put a tip option on thedebit transaction. Nice spot but man is the ice cream overpriced. Better off getting a large size blizzard from DQ and it?ll still be cheaper. Paid... $35 for under 1kg of ice cream when at the store could?ve gotten 3 gallons for the same price. Staff were friendly Read more

What a wonderful place!! The employees are THE BEST! And the yogurt is seriously perfect! Lots of fun toppings, and even dairy... free options for my daughter. I'm traveling for work and have been staying in the neighborhood for a month. I have returned tothis location several times because the flavors are diverse, and every visit I get to try new ones.
