I went to this location knowing that their customer service is horrible but, still give them the benefit of the doubt. Their... supervisors/manager (explicitly Indians) are the worst when it comes to the customer service. They are very rude, do not knowhow to deal with a customer in a professional manner and, on top of everything they think its the customers fault for messingup the order. I can go on and on about this location. I will be writing an email to the regional head of McDonalds. Read more

Just complaining about the monopoly stickers. I came from grave yard shift and doesn't really planning on buying something but... its the monopoly time so i got breakfast but they don't have stickers so i wonder y i wont have any its not Nov 7 yet. Hang upon me too. If you run out of stickers give something i buy a product didn't i? Im not being greedy but every stickers count. Read more

This place just sucks?. honestly how can you say your open 24 hours a day when you are in reality closed from 3 to 5 am every... morning for ?maintenance and to set up for breakfast? that is not open. Stopped in this morning for coffees as my coffee potdecided to die On me and I got 4 double doubles?????. All 4 of them were different and the coffee is so burnt. Next time I?lljust go to 7/11 at lease I can actually get a constant tasting cup of coffee there and it?s cheaper. Read more

Came here for lunch. The Filet-O-Fish was hot didn't taste as fresh. My biggest disappointment was the french fries; literally... no salt it was like I was eating a raw hot potato. There was a strand of hair in the fries too. You always have to tailor yourexpectations when it comes to fast-food joints, but they still have to provide a quality product at the end of the day. Thismeal was below average. 2/5 Read more

Waited for 10 minutes at drive thru for my order. Unlike other locations that have customers with large drive thru orders pull... aside, they decided to have the customer wait at the window so everyone behind can sit in a queue on a hot day. The pickupwindow employee did not say a single word, no ?hello?, no ?have a good day?. I waited in silence for 5 seconds before drivingoff as I was not sure if my order had been complete. It's McDonald's - what's not to like? Went here last night at about 11:30pm and used the drive-thru. It was pretty busy, but the... line moved quickly, so kudos to the staff. Lots of parking at this location, too. Food was quality stuff (for McDonald's, atleast). Can't go wrong! Read more
