Gave chicken instead of paneer and were not apologetic. Took no responsibility when confronted and just said that we didn't... check what was written on the box. Do you expect that your customers stand there and ensure that you haven't put the wrongdish? From the other reviews it is clear that the restaurant never admits their mistake. We ordered chilli paneer. But they gave us chilli chicken instead. And we're all vegetarian . One of my family members ate it... and then realized it was chicken. We called them and explained the situation. But they're not ready to compensate. I don'trecommend anyone to order from this place. Reply to the owner's comment: Compensation does not mean asking the customer to comeand drop off the chicken and give another dish. Taking responsibility is acknowledging that you have made a mistake and beingapologetic. We understand that mistakes can be made, however, feeding chicken to vegetarian people when you claim to sellvegetarian food is not a mistake to be taken lightly. This is indication that the business does not maintain standarda and isunorganized in their dealing. Calling me a lier doesn't help you better your customer service.
