Great experience at this location. Usually l go to nordel way branch but had to go for a matnie show so decided to go for dinner... there. Anjali was so helpful. Chicken was not ready because the location was so busy but staff handled the customers patiently,which was so impressive. Anjali updated my order upon my request without any question. Ordered a bucket of dark meat and they gave us more wings than actual dark meat. I don?t want white meat. Food was cold as if it... was sitting there for too long, order was late, arrived an hour and 20 mins after I ordered it. I don?t know wether to blame therestaurant or the delivery driver, but I was craving for kfc and wanted to enjoy it, now instead of enjoying my meal im justfrustrated eating cold chicken and it?s not even the one I ordered, the fries are soggy and cold. Very rude staff, very unacceptable communication arrogant staff I was in the drive-thru. First of all it took 10 minutes to take... my order and then about 15 minutes later when I got to the window to pay they said it will be a 3 minute wait. 3 minutes laterthey said it would be another 5 minute wait and then they said 3 minutes later it should take only 3 more minutes. They need tobe retrained on how to communicate with people. They need to be retrained on how to cook food properly. My food was undercookedand raw and didn't taste well at all. After all that waiting I could have went down the street or the restaurant right next doorand got better food . Do not recommend this place at all. If I could give this place a zero I would. This is the worst KFC inBritish Columbia. Read more
If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. I used a coupon to get a discount for a Big Crunch Combo, but a man in a turban... that took my order kept refusing to accept the coupon or I just didn't get a meal from the location. Just letting everyone knowto go to another place for food and decent customer service, probably never buying KFC again. Read more
By far the worst experience ever at KFC by the assistant manager Monika. Waited over 10 mins with no one in line ahead of me.... Very surprising she's the manager and treats customers with disrespect. She has no people skills, doesn't apologize for her lackof care. I need head manager to contact me Read more
This outlet is close to my home and strategically located, serves scrumptious food. Its always fresh. Manpreet( shift manager)... was courteous and kind. She was realy helpful. Read more
I ordered food from KFC. One of the tender was uncooked/pink from the inside. The Top one is uncooked. This is not acceptable... as by the time I called the location, nobody answered and probably closed so I couldn?t even go swap my food. So ended upthrowing everything in garbage. I order food from this KFC all the time and this is the 2nd time this happened probably withinthe past month. Read more
I have eaten at this location several times, usually the food is ok, better than the KFC by my house so we go out of our way to... use this one. The last two times we have ordered 2 meals for two and only received one. I have to check the bag while I'mthere and ask for my missing food. The manager Randy was incredibly rude, both to me and the other customers. The pictureattached is supposed to be a famous chicken sandwich. it doesn't even cover half the bun. I'm sure they cheap out and just usethe tenders. We ordered 4 today and two were proper sized and two were these tiny little tenders. What a rip off. Read more
