It's disappointing that this KFC eventually declined in quality. The size of their fried chicken is small, and for the price you... pay for a big bucket, a family size or something, it's not value for money. STAY AWAY FROM THE FRIES... NOT FRESH AND FROM THE WARMER Check out this- 6piece chicken is 18.9$ plus taxes where as 4piece... combo with fries and pop plus two additional pieces chicken is 16.6$ -Combo meals are not worth it because the add on items arejust average and don't come even close to the blockbuster fried chicken - atmosphere could be a little better with light musicand fans Heads they win and tails you lose. Tried the 4 piece chicken, macaroni, fries and pop ...big box combo. Not bad forthe price. - macaroni salad was impressive although quantity was less. Not excess creamy with a slight hint of vinegar. -chicken was not piping hot or spicy. I?m not sure why I keep coming back to this place. I tell myself everytime that ?this is it, never again?, but I keep going... back. This is by far the worst KFC out there, it has been for years. It?s the food, it?s never fresh, it?s like it?s beensitting there forever, especially the fries. They?re just soggy every single time, it?s like they take it out of the fryer, andwash them in the sink before putting them in the box. I don?t get it. Even the popcorn chicken, same thing, just soggy littlemeat bites. I really must have high hopes, or think that one day they will redeem themselves, but I keep getting disappointedover and over again. You guys definitely need a re-training or re-branding. I don't like leaving bad reviews because I know how much it can affect a business and people are usually trying their best... but.... This was hands down the WORST KFC experience we've ever had. If I could leave zero stars I would. Where to start... -The person who took our order just stopped listening to talk to other customers or yell instructions at staff and came back tous with a "what?" because he didn't hear what we'd just said...three times. - Our chicken pieces were tiny (we actually laughedwhen we saw them) and tasted rubbery. There was meat missing and you could see bone along the whole side of one drumstick, likeit had been sitting under the heater shriveling up. - We also ordered two hard tacos and the bottoms of them were soggy, likethey had been made ahead of time and sitting around for a while. - The fries tasted old and stale. - The gravy had no flavor, itwas just lumpy goo. I'm not even sure how that's possible because this is a chain, but it's like they forgot the salt. I HIGHLYsuggest going anywhere else for your fried chicken craving. Read more
If you want to get what you ordered, this is not the right place for you. In the last 5-6 months we haven't got our orders... correctly, most cases items were missing, or got something totally different. Napkins and forks are constantly missing,regardless if it's drivethrough or dine in. Fountain drinks are flat and watery. They really need to put some effort intoproviding proper training to they staff, or get a new manager to improve their service. Read more
Worst experience ever !! I have never hated KFC more. Staff need to prepare the chicken fresh i cannot believe i paid $35 for... this stale food!!!! Recommend this location to be closed because they just selling low quality food!! M highly disappointed andfeel like my money got wasted.. Read more
Found a piece of plastic inside a piece of spicy chicken. The plastic looks like packaging material, it is approximately 2... inches long and 1 inch wide. I found it on the chicken meat, underneath the batter ???? I am absolutely disgusted. Read more
Went through the drive-thru last night and was the second car in line. It took a LONG time for someone to attend to the car in... front of me. When it was my turn, one staff started the interaction and another jumped in after. Confusing. I ordered a chickensandwich combo. When I got to the window, I was asked if I had ordered potato salad. I said no and then was informed that theyhad run out of fries. No one told me this when I ordered. I ended up asking for a coleslaw, which ended up being tiny. Waste of$11.19. Won?t be coming back.
