I've gotten bubble tea here at least twice a month for a year now. The staff had always been very friendly, though a bit slow,... the drinks were always good. However, I went by today and the new staff seemed to be very uncoordinated. They were justchatting away as if there was no one waiting on their drinks (I was). The drinks came out "wrong". I always get the same thingso I'm very aware that they aren't the same. Pearls were a third of it used to be. One of my drinks weren't quite right - as ifthe recipe changed or they just got the order off. This tea chain is one of my favs even in Asia but services at this locationtoday need looking into. Staff here was friendly and remade my drink. However I was taken back by my first drink which was a green tea mango with basil... seeds. The basil seeds had gotten Sour the container looked cloudy and almost tasted moldy and rancid. Employees seem nice, the drink station seems clean so I'll give them a star for that. However the rest of the shop is extremely... filthy.. as you can see the pictures attached. Chairs seem to have bodily fluids on them which is disturbing. All the black andred chairs have this issue. The booths seem to be a little more clean though. Drinks are okay. They use powder for their drinkswhich is fine with me personally but they told me I couldn't have coconut jelly in my mango smoothie without anexplanation?? The s working the cashier was really nice and helpful. Only issue is that they need more staff upfront. I came in and I only saw... one girl taking and making orders. Had to wait for a long time for my drink, but it was still delicious. Read more
