The worst experience from Freshii, I ordered teriyaki bowl with beef, when I got home, I got this junky food. The bowl with so... much sauce, it tasty salty and unhealthy. Walk in at 8:55pm. The girl at the front says hold on for a few minutes then order. Then it's after 9pm she asks me what I want... then says the till isn't working after 9pm. Brutal customer service. Hi replying to your response yes the location was openuntil 9pm. I went to quiznos next door and I had the same experience they closed before 9pm. I have been to this location several times and each time the staff has been super unfriendly. Today the staff was exceptionally... unfriendly. I had said hello to her and she didn?t even look up in my direction or respond. When she was done making the ordershe just put it on the counter and walked away without a word. Generally I would have just chalked it up to they are having abad day but this has been a regular occurrence. It?s a shame because I generally like Freshii, but I?d rather drive to a furtherlocation that has better service than go back to this one. Read more
I visited Fleetwood location couple of times .I have great experience since last month food is great I would say it is the best... compare to another locations. Staff is so supportive and friendly. I really recommend to visit this location for good , freshand delicious food. Read more

I have been to this location a half dozen times in the last couple of months or so and am always underwhelmed by the lack of... personality and engagement by staff. I feel like I am inconveniencing them by walking into the shop. I know it's only a saladbut honestly if I was the owner I would be miffed how uninterested the staff truly are.
