With such sub par experiences at other locations. Miranda hit a home run. Her enthusiasm, empathy & customer skills are 2nd to... none. She brought me back. Now only if the other locations can follow her lead. A Customer does NOT want to pay another $1 fora squirt of Sriracha on a $17 salad. She gave me ample in a container. they screwed up the dressing. And when asked they said oh ya we ran out so we made up some new one with yogurt. Don't sell... something then give something else with out informing. It completely changed the meals taste. Went from my favourite bowl tosomething I could barely eat half of. Highly recommend discussing everything prior to purchasing. If at all. And don't get mewrong I love freshii, but this one in the mall is garbage. If your craving freshii find a different location cause this one isnot worth your time or money. Read more
Ordered 2 Buddha's satay bowl with chicken. The portion really gone less then before. Mine got a gap from lid to below the... bowl's edge line.only got 2 pieces of broccoli 3 strips of chiken and not enough sauce to coat all my noodles which is the bestpart is the sauce. Killer salads and soups and the most healthy and still tasty meal you can have at The entire food court in Guildford Mall. I had high expectations for this place but it was rather disappointing. There was a fly in our Chicken Bamboo Bowl! We ate only... half because the fly touched the other side of our bowl and they refused to replace it. I should have taken a photo so it wouldbe concrete proof. They refuse to trust customers. The Mighty Detox was very clean and healthy. I liked it but it's still veryexpensive for a small juice. Read more
