I used to order takeout from different restaurants, and Dhaba Dosa is one of my favourites. I love spicy Indian and Indo-Chinese... food. But for some reason, this time, the naan was a bit dry, and the chilly chicken tasted and smelt stale. I liked the goatbiryani, Chicken Chettinad and Szechuan Noodles. I ordered takeout, and I was told that it would take thirty minutes but when Ireached there, it took almost an hour. But I am glad that at least the staff were apologetic and good. I would have given fivestars if the chilly chicken was fresh and good cause my stomach didn?t feel right after eating that. I hope they will increasethe quality of food and service. Read more
Most underrated south indian restaurant in lower mainland. Great taste, our go to place in Langley for dosa?s. Try their... Hyderabad Chicken Biryani on weekends (sat-sun), it's good compare to other places. Hope they keep this consistency. As the name suggest they are a North + South Cuisine and I have rarely seen a restaurant getting both right. Their North as... well as South Indian dishes are authentic and a good place to go if you want to try different Indian cuisine at one place. Wishthey had more south Indian breads in their menu. I have ordered pav bhaji and masala dosa. The masala dosa was just the it is! The Sambhar was good. No drumsticks in Sambhar, I... don?t know why! Pav bhaji was really good! I would recommend pav bhaji over masala dosa as same masala dosa you can get itanywhere. Food was good, no doubt! Read more
Have ordered chilli chicken briyani, goat Biryani, roti, chicken and mango lassi. Ok one honestly. Meat and rice cooked... separately. In the end, they just combined both. But they have introduced Hydrabadi chicken briyani. They gave small cup of thatto taste. Excellent one. In the menu it?s not written. Missed to order that. Unfortunately we didn?t know that. Give your tastebuds a wonderful experience. Excellent Indian food at affordable prices. I will be visiting them multiple times... for sure. My whole family enjoyed the food including my little picky eater. The staff were polite and warm, really added to thegood food experience. Lots of options for both vegetarian and non-vegetarians as there are a mixed brood of veg and non-vegpeople in my family. Go visit you won't regret it. Read more
The restaurant was busy and the reviews were good so we thought of going in for lunch. The ambiance had much to be desired but... ask that pales in front of the two major things all restaurants must get right i.e., food and service and that's where thisplace falls short. We ordered a variety, their weekend special Hyderabadi chicken biriyani, beef pepper fry, rava massala dosaand parotha. The dosa lacked salt, the sambar was mild veg stew, the biriyani was tasty but spicy, no issues with the pepperfry. The service was very slow with the servers disappearing on you.
