I had a terrible experience with service at this chain of dairy queen. I had ordered a mango pineapple smoothie and was made to... wait 15 minutes while other people who ordered after me received their smoothies right after ordering. After those 15 minutes astaff member finally asked me what I was waiting for and I told her I had ordered a smoothie and that I had been waiting thiswhole time and I just want a refund after which another staff member basically threw my money at me and did not give me a properapology. Bought the brownie and Oreo cupfection for like 7 bucks. Less than a minute after I ordered I realized it has marshmallows and... asked if they can not put marshmallows since I cannot eat them. They said they already put marshmallows, I asked if I could havea new one or have something else and they said no. I asked if anything could be done instead or if I could get money back andthey said no. They wanted to give me the one with marshmallows, I ended up just leaving with nothing because they weren'twilling to do anything other than give me the one I can't eat. I know that workers can't always cater to people's foodrestrictions but it's pretty ridiculous that they took my money and I didn't get anything for it. Not to mention the cupfectionwasnt even completely made so it wasn't like I was asking them to throw out a perfectly made cup of ice cream. I go here allthe time so I was pretty surprised by the workers unhelpfulness, I won't be coming to this location again. I bought a basic soft serve cone one time at this location and was given a coupon to redeem a free dilly bar if a survey was... completed. The code and date of visit was not valid to complete the survey to get a validation code. Staff would not redeem thecoupon unless there was a validation code. So now I am writing my feedback here. I would go to McDonald?s first located insidethe Walmart (only a short walk outside the main mall section) if you are looking for a basic soft serve cone or sundae for halfthe price. This DQ has a great location being inside the food court and offers more fancy frozen treats if you are looking for ablizzard. If the McDonald?s ice cream machine is not working, then maybe consider this as your back up option. Read more

Terrible Service! This was the very first DQ I've ever gone to, and let me tell you, it was horrible! As soon as we got the... cake, it was starting to get wider and wider. By the evening it was as big as the tray! And the next day, it spewed out of thecontainer and leaked into our freezer. So we took it back to them to tell them the complaint. But the Person there told us thatit wasn't there fault or concern. The person there was acting awfully rude about it. And the cake was 35 dollars! So that was 35dollars down the drain. More lost customers We wanted to use the coupon at our local DQ since it had been a good while since my family has eaten there.... And we remembered they were always good. First the lady argued with us that it was a different Burger than it was on the coupon,even though the burgers we did want were the exact same on the coupon and board. Ordered them anyways. When we did get ourburgers minus all the items that were supposed to be on it, it was charcoal, burnt and dry. Everyone in family was extremelydisappointed and all said those were they worst burgers we have ever had. It's sad they no longer care about customer service orgood quality foods.
