I went to this location, I was with my friend, she had a coupon and so did I. As I ordered and stepped aside, once she tried she... was asked ?you two come together? she said yes, employee goes ?oh it is one per customer?. Well it is 1, as I used mine and shewas to use hers. Instead, employee advises her to go outside put a mask on and come back inside then employee will accept it.Like what??? Employee was talking in very rude tone. Ordered a banana split, small cone and large fries to-go. Ice cream in banana split was halfway melted by the time we got out of... store and when I got home, the banana in it tasted so rancid. It was the greenest banana I have ever tasted. So bad had to throwit put and just drink the rest of the melted ice cream. And that's saying a lot considering I'm not a picky eater. Had to call out twice to get the attention of the 2 employees standing behind the counter with their backs to us. Ordered a... Blizzard and a Sundae. Ate about 1/4 of my blizzard to find a short black hair inside. Went back to speak to someone. (Not ahair net in sight.) I went to this DQ to buy a Cake and ask the Girl at reception to help me in choosing the cake. I brought the cake in evening and... kept it in the fridge so that I can take it out next morning for a small party and I requested to write a message on it whichwas free. Now the fun part, in morning when I opened the Fridge and checked the cake, Cake was Spread in the plastic enclosurelike Ice Cream and when I opened the cake, it just flow like water and spilled out on the floor. Just imagine, I was in hurryand cake SPILLED out. I have never seen cake like this before in my life that flows like ice-cream. Unfortunately I lost thereceipt otherwise I would have thrown cake on their faces. I went for first time to try something different and No one guided methat the cake is a ice cake or some other cake. New location, more appealing than the previous one. Love their ice-cream all the time. Ordered a blizzard ice cream cake last... week. The border frosting had too much color. I don't know what color they're using and this color happens to spread everywhereand whoever had it got messy. It looked dangerously too colorful like from a water color palette.
