The food is decent. The Chicken burger supreme was well made and tasty but the wrap I ordered the following day was full of odd... shaped chicken and a loose tortilla that almost came undone when I opened the package. The area around the restaurant itself isnot the greatest and alot of Surreys homeless find shelter beside the store so take out is definitely recommended. You know it's a good lunch spot when there is a steady stream of construction workers ordering food. It's not the nicest place... to sit down and eat. But the chicken is hot and juicy and simply delicious. Fast service. Read more
The staff aren?t accommodating specially at night! Whenever I order there is always lacking, even though I asked for it ahead of... time. It happened several times wherein I ordered 12 White meat chicken and what I expect is a crispy fried chicken. I went here and the guy over charged me for my meal and I noticed then he proceeds to give me change after I used my debit card.... I week later I was informed by my bank that my card had been charged twice for this transaction. That?s over $35 for just a twopiece meal. Make sure to check your card transactions and receipts when visiting. The chicken itself was sub par, not fresh andfries were soggy and cold. Completely avoid this place at all cost. I went to this location today and paid almost $50 and the food wasn?t even edible. The chicken was over cooked on the outside... and raw on the inside. I asked the girl to give me fresh fries but she told me that they were warm and fresh but they were oldand cold. There was no ice in the drinks too. Not satisfied at all. Read more
I ordered a burger from drive thru. My burger had very light onion and almost no lettuce. I am so disappointed with the service.... When I tried informing the branch manager ?Aditya? he said he couldn?t help me unless I bring the sandwich which I cannot causeI dont have anyride. Was in the drive thru ordering lunch for my work family, they didn't have any biscuits ready so they offered apple pies instead.... I didn't have to wait very long for the order either. Definitely get lunch here again. Read more
