I two days ago here. The chicken was so dry and overcooked my stomach blew up after. The spicy blend was unbalanced that there... was no salt but only spicy, which made the diarrhea i got from the chicken even worse. Never again this rubbish chicken. Read more
Bought yesterday 2 pcs of thighs. Cost me $10 for the chicken ONLY. I did not use any coupons. PAID FULL PRICE! Reg fries$4.50.... The chicken is disgustingly soaked in oil & old, dark pcs. I could not believe it. My daughter dumped the meal. The first time Iignored it was the same problem. But yesterday I did call the store. The guy apologized to me. Honestly have been told by many friends that Churches chicken is a better KFC... And I could not have been more... disappointed. With it being my first time having lunch here, I decided to get one of their chicken sandwiches and jalapenoPopper things. The poppers where not really poppers but seemed like stale cheese balls with jalapeno pieces deep-fried.. whichwasn't all that flavourful. Just a mouthful of burning cheese. Now the Chicken burger which I had looked really good! I mean thepresentation inside the packing boxes were nice and looked really good! But when I got to sit down and eat my burger,(not evena minute later) it was rather cold, and I didn't have all that much of a good experience taste wise... I can at least say theveggies seemed fresh but the chicken was a huge turn off... I don?t know what happened in this store but my recent visit makes me lost the interest of church?s chicken. First of all, why... is the store full of smoke? Is fan not working or too high temperature? My guess is too high oil temperature! As you can seethe color of freshly fried chicken are so much darker than before. I was shocked how is the color looks like for the chicken,where is the golden brown color regular fry chicken? Not to mention the chicken is lack of flavour like used be. The spicy chickis not spicy at all. I don?t know if they have new ownership now because everything is different than before. Whoever want thechurch?s chicken like before forget about it. i ordered two burgers ???? from 84ave locations surrey. i told them to add spicy ???? ketchup they said they don?t have have in... stock then they said we will add Barbecue ketchup. after that when i take in car there is no any ketchup in bag and no anynapkin. Because i have two burgers i don?t know which is mine and which one is my friend?s because they don?t write ?? onbox. So please take care next time. Thank you Read more
I went in this evening and ordered the new Spicy Onion Crunch chicken burger combo. The lady at the counter seemed to be... confused when I was ordering it as if I was making this item up, she figured it out eventually. They were very stingy on thefries, I counted them, exactly 15 fries. plenty of room for more. The chicken was tasty, but could have been larger, sauce wasplenty spicy for me. Bad service, they will re-heat the chicken even you request them to make it fresh . They barely change cooling oil & food smells... burnt. They will fool you off , re- fry the cooked chicken & say it?s just made ! What you guys think .. people are fool ?can?t tell it?s soaked with oil & re- fried . Don?t act over-smart and lie about !
