Order wrong. Quality of food all new low. This chain used to be a great alternative to crummier burger outlets, however has... achieved equality with lesser fast food burger joints. I thought paying more meant better quality and value. I was wrong. Iguess the adage is true: you get what you pay for, and from now on I'm just going to go hungry and save my money. Read more

I buy my lunch here last Saturday and i noticed the new manager here (Ishwinder) she keeps sneezing while preparing the orders... and scooping fries! That?s digusting! She should wear a mask if she?s not feeling well, all her coworkers are wearing a mask butexcept her and her hair looks like she just woke up and go to work! And for more than 3 days they don?t have lettuce in alltheir burgers, also cups for the fries, you will get large cups for the medium fries, And even to the point you asked sometissues they gonna say they out of stock and they serve your food in a tray but no liners, I?m so disappointed!!! The lobby aresondirty especially the pop area! to the new manager here she doesn?t know how to manage! all their stocks they gonna tell toyou they don?t have! Very clean and quiet. Bacon King was fresh ready very quickly. Fries were hot and fresh just as they should be. I tried the new... iced tea dispenser this time and found it to be a very nice addition to the meal...no more soda pop for me. Read more
