Their Hot Pan Chicken (or beef) with Egg and Rice is TO DIE FOR! Pretty much anything there is delicious. Bubble tea is... absolutely amazing as well, my favorite is the Brown Sugar Bubble Tea with Pearls. Service is really dependant, sometimes it'sgood-decent, sometimes it's not so great Cash or Debit Cards ONLY. Read more
Ordered beef which tastes like pure baked flour. Don?t know what is added to the beef to make it tastes like this. Feels like a... danger to my health. Portion size is also really small. It used to be not bad. Very unfortunate it went downhill that much. Willnever order from here again. Read more
We ordered 4 bubble fruit shakes they said to wait for 15 mins. We ended up waiting 30+mins. Only one person making the order.... Line up is long already. And when we tasted our drinks, mine was too sweet, my son's was bland lack of sugar and flavor and sois my husband's Taro with milk shake. Only my daughter's honeydew order pass our palate. Just left this spot and I have to say this is my by far the worst customer service experience I've encountered, After not... having anyone answer my phone call until my third try, I placed my order, showed up to pay, got into the building behind one guyalready paying, stood there to be ignored and having not 1, not 2, not 3, but 4 people that came in after me to pay and place aorder before me... I call out to the older lady which was probably the "poor excuse of the manager" that was working with seemsto be a trainee, which explains why it took forever answering the phone calls, I said are you seriously gonna ignore me andallow 4 other people to pay before And pretend that I'm not even there? She had the audacity to justify their actions sayingthey ordered first? Well of course they ordered first you allowed them all to go ahead of me! If I could give this restauranta 0 I would 1 is too good for you guys that are too incompetent to do your jobs correctly worst customer experience of my life,and she acted like that behavior is okay? I'm glad to be able to visit Bubble World Surrey location again! ???? I love being able to have a real Bubble Tea which I... classify as being good by have multiple flavours in it, and with ice-cream as an added option. So so good!! It is well worthpaying a little extra, to get a much desired taste. I also like the hostess/cashier as she was very polite, knowledgeable, andpatient with my order. I go here from time to time, even though it is a bit of a drive from my home, because so few places areable to add these extra options, especially the ice-cream. So thank you Bubble World and staff. We ordered 2 spicy hotpot, 1 pork & 1 fish, with lamb; assorted appetizers; 2 drinks - fresh taro slush & banana with milk. Food... is tasty, great portion. I liked the taro drink but my friend didn't like his. Read more
Oh Bubble World. The old Bubble World was sooo much better from years before. Now a hot mess of a restaurant - sticky floors and... tables, dirty windows. The food so unimpressive - raw dumplings (lady said ?pink pork is cooked?) and the drinks watered downand unappetizing. Door Dash menu items even smaller and often undercooked or overpriced. Probably the worst costumer service I experienced. I was waiting 20 mins with a group of 5 people. There was another group that... came in and was seated immediately with no reservation. We brought up the concern and we were told to wait a bit. We were seatedshortly after and was ready to order. But no one had attended to us. The people who came in after us, were looking at the menuwhile we were ready to order, but their orders were taken first. Their food came while we were still waiting to order. My groupflagged down the waitresses 7 times and we were ignored for all 7 times. This process took 15 mins. I would understand if theyhad asked us to wait if they were busy, but there was no interaction. All 3 waitresses had seen us waving them down, but we keptbeing ignored. By that time, my group did not feel comfortable or wanted in the restaurant. We eventually packed up and left,still no interactions with any of the waitresses. I used to come here a lot a few years ago before the pandemic and I never hadany complaints up until now. Such a shame. Read more
