Stopped here for dinner without reservations. The wait was around 15 minutes to get a table. The service was good and... efficient. My wife and I visited Liberty for the first time tonight for a date night away from our kids. We were attended to right away... when we arrived and chose to sit in a booth. The server did take about five minutes to greet us at our table so we were readyto order. We decided to share the crispy shrimp appy and the butternut squash and ricotta ravioli. When the appy arrived, Iwas a bit disappointed with the size of the shrimp. For about $16 you'd expect at least good-sized shrimp but they were thesmall kind. However, it did taste amazing. Next up was the butternut squash ricotta ravioli. They were kind enough to prepareit on two plates to share easily. The portion size was better and the taste was great. However, it doesn't stack up to thebutternut squash ravioli at Cactus Club. The one at cactus is a 10/10, I would give this one an 8.5/10. Overall, my wife and Iwere satisfied and quite happy with our meal. It wasn't outstanding but it's good enough for a return visit on thesemi-occasion. Read more

First time dining at this restaurant, and we were very pleased! The food was delicious, the atmosphere and service was very... nice! We had the roasted tomato soup and pizza! Delicious! We will definitely visit this restaurant again soon, to try more oftheir menu options. Read more

Had spicy chicken burger, bacon sprinkled shrimp, and salmon poke bowel. Wow. This was the best meal I've ever had considering... there wasn't a single part of any dish that wasn't absolutely delicious and morish. I felt extremely full and even more so happyfor the experience. Love. Read more

Lively atmosphere, awesome service. We wanted to sit in the patio but no spots were open, they were able to move us out there... shortly after we got our drinks which was great! Our server also offered to split our spaghetti dish since we were sharing it.A very nice touch. Pizza and Pasta were delicious! Fresh ingredients with lots of flavour. Good portion as well. What a disappointment ! Another glorified fast food cactus club wanna be. Ordered a glass of wine while we waited for a triple... mushroom pizza. By triple mushroom, I think they meant basically?three mushrooms on the whole pizza. Lack lustre and dried outto say the least. White sauce? Where? ????My dog liked the crust so that was something. Driving by Liberty Kitchen caught my attention! Was not disappointed by the open concept, decor and overall vibe. Similar to... Browns Social which makes sense because they have the same owners. 2 happy hours, 2-5 (I think) and 9-close with both food anddrink on special. Server was prompt with helpful suggestions in regards to cocktails. Peach margarita was very tasty and justenough sweet to enjoy the tequila. Ordered the chicken Caesar salad which was kinda lacking. Very flavourful but way way toomuch dressing. Unfortunately it was over powering hence only finishing half the meal. I?d say get the dressing on the side toavoid the same mistake. Overall I?d return to give it another chance. Try something different on the menu. Service was kindaslow for most drinks. I?m not sure if that?s because the restaurant just opened or what but it was not busy enough in there toexplain the slow service in between drinks/food. Vax pass checked. Masks worn. Food was incredible. The cauliflower and the French fries were unbelievably crispy and delicious. Staff was nice and helpful... with their recommendations. Portions are large. I will come again. Read more
