So, we just came to the store at 6:40 and wanted to order just 1 item and the barista/cashier at the store refused to take our... order at multiple requests. He insisted that the store closes at 7 and last order to be taken was till 6:45, we were at thestore around 6:37/38 and when it was our turn to order the time was 6:40 and he refused to take our order. It was one of myworst experiences at any coffee store or a restaurant im general. Really suggest not opting to go for this as if the customerdoes not matter to them, its not at all a good store and would rather recommend going to other coffee shops like starbucks whoprioritise the customer?s satisfaction. The staff were really nice, so service is not an issue. However, I was so disappointed in the items I purchased. I had a dark... chocolate hazelnut mocha and it did not taste like hot chocolate or coffee. It tasted like chemicals, kind of like plastic. Ithought it would be good since? how could you mess up a mocha? So I ordered a medium and had so much regret. A waste of almost$7. Then I got an oat fudge bar which was so nasty. 3 of us visited this morning for coffees and breakfast and were served by Hailey, an absolute treasure and amazing... representative for this cafe. She was friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful . I wholeheartedly do not reccomend you come here. I checked and all the bad reviews for this place are accidently placed in the... reviews for the blenz near the passport office. HORRIBLE service. This morning I ordered a shaken iced tea and an Englishmuffin and 5 people were served before me. While they were making it they took forever, and I am reasonable to waiting but theywould pump syrup once and then talk for two minutes, pump again and then have another two minute conversation, shake, and thensame cycle. AND THEN once it finalllly was done I asked for my english muffin, and they said it was still "on the grill" onlyto realize they had not even started it yet and there were 4 girls on staff apart from the cashier. Truly truly truly DO NOTCOME HERE i reccomend you go to the Starbucks inside the mall instead, MUCH BETTER staff and service for similiar prices. Read more

Their "Protein" shakes doesn't actually have 30 grams of protein. They only put in a little over a quarter scoop so they can... save on protein powder. Should be a full scoop if it's 30 grams. Felt ripped off for 8$ I wouldn't recommend it unless you wanta ton of sugar with pixie dusts of protein. good coffee though. Read more

Just left here moments ago. Both service and staff were alright...one of employees made me feel a bit silly and was pushing a ... particular size (small ) on me it felt like...I chose a medium then changed to a large but I guess it wasn't properlycommunicated to the girls making the order so l mentioned to them when I saw the cup size I was about to recieve.
