There sandwiches are good but I was charged twice for one order on October 27, 2022. I order on doordash a number 25 large.... After about 30 minutes I received a call from Big Star saying they sent he wrong sandwich to my shop. They said they would bere-sending my order with a secondary sandwich for the wait and trouble and I was happy. They never mentioned any extracharges. Today November 7, 2022 I checked my bank statement and found that they had double charged me for 2 sandwiches when Ihad only ordered one. I tried calling Big Star with no answer and doordash refused to refund the amount as they said it had towith Big Star not Doordash Don't plan on ordering from them anytime soon. Read more

The meat was dry but the bread was kinda soggy. And the potato salad was ridiculously small.

This big star sandwich shops is the closest to my house. I stopped in for a full size sandwich and didn't expect to get it so... quickly. Needless to say it was a really good sandwich. Honestly big star sandwich Co offers flavors that you won't find at theother franchise sandwich shops that try to do something different to appear interesting without trying to perfect how a goodbasic sandwich should be. I love my turkey sandwich. I just wish it had a touch more cranberry. It's like there is cranberry one one bite and three bites... without. I had ordered 2 of the salted caramel cookies and I received chocolate chunk. If they didn't have them, I wouldn't havewanted these. The chocolate chunk are terrible. Good quality sandwich and a lot of options to chose from .that is one pro about this sandwich shop.the reason for the 3 star... review is the price point is on the high side for the amount you of food you get .I had a sandwich combo come up to $21 dollarswhich comparatively to other shops is high. Food is expensive for what you get, has been bland and unimpressive the few times we have given it a shot, they've messed up... orders with adding onions to things that aren't supposed to come with onion, and the meat was all in the middle leaving most ofthe sandwich as bread, sauce, and a tiny bit of toppings.
