Went through the drive through, after i was done pating, the girl pulled back on the machine and ounctured the interior of my... car with screws on the back of the machine. Just ordered burger from drive through and they told me to wait in parking and I'm waiting for 15 mins now in parking for my... order and no one here to give me order. First thing its called drive-thru for reason. And now someone came to give me my burgerand fries and both were cold I mean look at the way the put burger. Read more
Omg, the nth time I ordered mama burger with a half yam fries and half onion rings, their attendant named Rupinder was super... nice. I knew, not so many customer get the same requests but ? I haven't been to an A&W like this in a while! Great service they deliver the food to your table they check on you every here... and there to see how you're doing, and they even offered those A&W Root beer lollipops which I haven't had in years! Food wasgood as usual, and I'll definitely revisit this location. Read more
I hadn't eaten a mozza burger in so long, came here and grabbed a couple for me and my brother and it just feels like another... one of those prices have gone up but portion size has gone down experiences. The patty is definitely smaller, or they for somereason just put a small patty in mine. Won't be ordering that again. Read more
Very slow ???? drive through service. The wait was so long just to reach ordering point and from there it was additional 15min.... With food being so expensive, the service needs to be better. You have such great TV adds.... wish it was same experience forme. Read more
Ordered on skip the dishes . The entire food was cold. The burgers were not made as instructed. Just stop serving if you can?t.... Don?t serve cold food. If the chicken patty is cold it might be expired too? Also, i am supposed to eat the lettuce? Its toohard. Read more
Weak. Is this place a franchise? The owners must be not into happy customers. The service was weak. I asked to sub out the pop... in a combo with a gravy since I don't drink pop. She wouldn't do it. Every other fast food place in the area does it for me. Iknow there are employees only capable of following 'rules', but true customer service and leadership knows when to bend therules A LITTLE to make a customer happy. What I asked for wasn't unreasonable. Wouldn't have cost the owners any more. In fact,probably less. Weak. Sad. I'll go to another A&W, hopefully with owners and staff not so inept. Read more
