Fresh delicious burgers every time. I've always had a great experience at this location. Today we decided to eat inside instead... of getting take out. Kathleen was so kind, and Gave us above and beyond service . We were so surprised at how well we weretreated that I had to come share our wonderful experience! Not only did she come up to us during our meal to ask how our foodwas, after we finished eating she came around to offer us wet naps and a lollipop! You NEVER get this kind of service at fastfood resteraunts. We were blown away ! Read more
The only good thing about our visit was the friendly person on the speaker. Our breakfast sandwiches were cold and the English... muffin did not taste fresh. We waited 10 minutes for ?fresh? eggs but they didn?t taste like they were just made. Read more
Walked in to 0 Clean Tables in The restaurant. As we ordered we had to ask for the Male Cashier to clean a table for us. After... Waiting 5 minutes he finally washes the table, leaving it soaking wet. We had to ask for napkins to dry the table. After we satdown. A woman across from us had to to go out of her way to grab cleaner from behind the counter to clean her own table as thecashier looked on. We noticed our fries and onion rings were ice cold, had to wait another 5 minutes for that. Burgers were ok.Lettuce in burger was wilting. No garbage cans available for customers. The staff were horrendously slow. Will only come back asthis is the only A&W nearby, please fix your act. Read more
Literally just ate half a burger to find the chicken was COMPLETELY RAW. Same with my boyfriend's.
Some one needs to mention the orange juice and hash brown. The orange juice in a chilled cup is freaking good. It is refreshing... and delicious. The hash brown is the best I've had at any fast food place and competes with hash browns at diners. The rest ofthe breakfast is okay. If I was rating just the hash brown and orange juice this would be an easy 4 star. You need to to try ithere. Read more
This has to be one of the worst A&W around. The place is dirty and untidy. None of the tables had been cleared. Service was... slow and very unfriendly. I ordered a Teen Burger and a Double Teen Burger. They both looked as though they'd been slappedtogether - lettuce hanging out. Cheese misding on one. I wasn't offeren a drinks tray either. Another customer walked outbecause he hadn't been served or even acknowledged, and the staff laughed about it. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. Read more
