I?d give no stars if I could. The fact that I made my model order about 20 minutes before even coming to the restaurant I had to... sit and wait for another 30 minutes waiting for my food just to find out that it?s been just sitting on the counter the wholetime. The employees here are slow and like to chitchat more than do their jobs. Service was extremely slow and ended up gettingmy food cold. Absolutely ridiculous and do not recommend coming here again. Missing item clearly printed on the reciept, they clearly don't pay attention to detail. The most expensive item missed the... sealed bag. I ordered on the app and and went through the drive-thru because that's what I put on the app. They kept trying to make me go... inside, and were very rude about it. I understand that it's not the employees fault but the managers. If you're not going to letus get our food through the drive-thru please update the app this is ridiculous. And why are y'all always out of everything??Whoever is in charge of ordering supplies needs to step their game up. Management needs to step up or step down. Read more

I will never go back to this location again. I understand I placed my order at a busy time but this is just unacceptable. I... placed my order on the mobile app at 719 to be ready asap. I went inside and sat down and waited. At 733 my name was removedfrom the screen and my order was ready so I went up and it wasn't and it wasn't ever being prepared. At 735 I talked to themanager and his response was "there's nothing I can do we're short". But that's not the thing that really bothered me. In the 16minutes I waited the cashier had time to shake his friends hand, talk to him about starting school tomorrow, make him a freefrozen drink, yell across the store that "he's trying to get off early", and then go back and ask the manager if he could leave.All I order 3 frostys and I think that he could have poured 3 frostys in that amount of time but maybe I'm wrong. The realquestion is if you're short staffed why are YOU letting YOUR EMPLOYEES leave early. Read more

As much as I love Wendy's as a chain, the service and quality of this particular Wendy's is below it's standards of quality. For... the past few weeks I've been stopping by regularly for food after work. Every time I've ordered from the drive thru theemployee's repeatedly ask, "anything else?" In a condescending tone after every item ordered, without giving the customer timeto actually list their full order. When we eventually get our order there is usually things like straws or other condimentsmissing from the bags. On another occasion I stopped by and went inside the building to order some food for my family. I was inthe lobby looking at the menu and on the phone with my family to see what they wanted me to bring back, the cashier was rudelytrying to ask me what I wanted while I was occupied on the phone. Some of the employee's that day were very rude, clearlyagitated from another order coming in through the drive thru, very unprofessional overall. Today was the literal last strawhowever, we ordered 2 cheeseburgers only ketchup and 2 small drinks. When we got our food they handed us the frosty cups withsoda in them, clearly a kid's cup. We asked if they were small and the drive thru employee responded with, "Idk why they keepsizing it" and we didn't receive our straws. Overall, I'm very disappointed in this restaurant, it's service andprofessionalism. There are other Wendy's locations that exceed the standard. The food here is okay, but you'll have betterexperiences elsewhere. Read more

My expectations for the fries were high until I received them. So all the digs Wendy's have on other fast food franchises but... there fries look like this....smh. On top of that I didn't even receive everything I ordered. Very disappointed in thislocation because they are always busy so, my expectations were higher than expected. Not amused at all. Read more

I paid 7 dollars for this! Not cool. I could of went to Mc Donald's if I wanted a simple burger. Burger has no mayo hardly has... the tomato and lettuce. I will not be returning. Worst quality ever. I also ordered a potato and they gave me my bacon burn andso nasty smh. BTW there were no people waiting on orders Read more
