staff is friendly, food is normally great except for yesterday, our entire order was horrible , The two steaks we ordered were... burned ,mac & cheese was stale and very dry ,very disappointing .spoke to a manager, & told him we haven’t ate the food yetwe’re going to order pizza instead. I offered to bring the food back and emailed him pictures of the food, he left me avoicemail saying he put the credits back on my account. next day I placed my order they wanted to me half of the amount whichwas horrible because the whole entire order was thrown in the garbage . manager gave me the OK to go in and re-order .it was amistake on their end. I do appreciate great food but I also appreciate great service and treating customers fairly this was notit . I feel like there could’ve been a better way to handle this but it was done In a unprofessional manner .even todays orderwas missing 3 items ..I’m not being picky just explaining what happened I don’t understand some people complain to eitherget free food or tear down the restaurants reputation this was none of those, I’m very upset but I give up and I’ll just begoing to outback instead .I won’t pay for burned food or horrible service Read more
Contrary to other people that have left bad reviews, we didn’t experience that. In fact we went 2 days ago and we had the best... experience. Our waitress’s name was Kaitlin and she was so attentive and quick! She checked on us more than other waitresseshave in the past. She was super sweet and nice and outgoing/down to earth. We have been there before and have never had aproblem but this girl deserves recognition. She has been the best waitress for us in a long time. Please let her know how happywe were to have her wait on us! We will definitely be back soon. Read more
My daughter & I ate at the bar for lunch because there was quite a long waiting period for this popular restaurant. My daughter... got chicken strips & I got the country fried steak with cream gravy. The food was delicious! I also had a frozen margarita withsugar & salt on the rim & this was fabulous! Both of our servings were quite large & we were not able to finish them. So we justgot boxes to take the rest home to eat for dinner. The service was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant. Read more

We haven't been to this location in years. We did the online check in, ways worth it. We were seated fairly quickly. Our... waitress was on point with keeping up with the kids sucking down their drinks. The food was good. I asked for a Blue steak, itcame out rare, but was pretty good. The kids devoured their steaks as well. I tried a new 100 calorie drink porch rocker wasabsolutely delicious I ended up with 2 ! The portion sides were always enough. There was literally a line to get into this place Sunday afternoon. Even with that, they got us all seating in an organized and... timely manner. Our waitress was so friendly and efficient! We got our amazing rolls and butter right away and even got peanuts,which come in bags now, when you ask for them. My salad was great and so filling that I took a lot home. Corynne was a fantastic waitress, very friendly and energetic!! $5 margaritas during happy hour ($1 more if you add flavor) and... they're huge and delicious! Parts of the ribs were dry, but great flavor. The salmon was so dry my mom didn't eat much of it.The steak was great, as well as all the sides my party had (corn, veggies, baked potato, flavored rice, cactus blossom, androlls)... Yuuum!
