Post COVID-19 has made ordering out and drive thru service a priority over those who chose to dine in. The employee taking my... order acted as if he was mad at me for even placing an order with him. Food was cold and they seemed to be out of a lot ofitems. (Can't really fault them for been out of certain types of food.) By the time I sat down to eat I had lost my appetite. Read more
It took this place of 6 workers sitting on their phones 15minutes to give me 2 drinks. Not a single car was in the drive thru.... Nor was a single customer inside the store . Read more
Been in line 45 minutes. I?m a delivery driver so this will kill my tip. Going to have some upset customers. I called the lobby... and lady said there?s only a few of us working and I?m going to get to the drive thru when I can?. Manager please staff enoughpeople. 45 minutes is not okay. Read more
I go to this taco bell like once a week because I like taco bells food, but oh my God. This location can't get my order right... ever. Literally 9/10 times they mess up my order, even when it's simple and/or not busy at the time. It's ridiculous. Theyrecently hired a bunch of people, and they are definitely not properly trained. My standards aren't exactly high when it comesto fast food, but this is just sad. Only reason I give it a 2, and not a 1 is because I still enjoy the food, it's just reallydisappointing when I get home, and realized I paid to get my order wrong. Terrible service. Placed an order online and went to go get it. They said they didn?t have the order, and maybe I should wait... to see if the order comes in, or have me to place an order there, even though they had already charged me. Then someone foundthe order already bagged up behind the counter. After I took my order I checked it in the car and of course items were missing,went back in and they promptly gave me my missing items. Got home and realized they forgot the sauces I asked for. I don?tunderstand the lack of professionalism in todays youth. Total incompetence. Go to one of the other locations and avoid this oneat all costs. I will never go back. Read more
This is the WORST Taco Bell you could ever go to. The wait time is well over 45+ minutes EVERY TIME and definitely is NOT fast... food. Then you have the workers that sit there and just laugh and half of them are not even working. One time I waited so long,I was the only customer here, a group of one of the employees friends had shown up and she took the time to chat with them andwhat not. I finally was so tired of waiting, I had asked her when my order would be ready and she told me the kiosk didn?t evenwork and she never got my order, although I had my receipt time stamped in my hand. This place is TERRIBLE. If you want fastfood go to Chik-Fil-A, McDonald?s, or ANYWHERE ELSE. This location is THE SLOWEST. (I would give ZERO stars, but it would notallow me.) Read more
The orders are never right, food is cold by the time you get it. There's always a very long wait and the crew members seem to... always just be standing around talking rather than working. For the most part the staff is friendly but that doesn't makemissing and cold items any better. Read more
