Went in to get drinks for my kids and myself and one of the kids asked for the mocha cookie crumble and asked for it without... whipped cream. The employee (Gina) put it on anyway which is whatever, things happen. However, when I told her it was withoutbecause my kid won't eat anything with whipped cream, she decided it was fine to just scoop most of it off the top and it wouldbe fine. I had to tell her it needed to be remade the proper way. She got very hateful that she had to do her job the right wayand "forgot" to make the rest of our order. I had to ask for the rest after she moved on to the next customer and finished theirfull order. Will never go back to this location no matter the convenience. Read more
I was having a horrible day and stopped to get some breakfast/coffee before going into work. I dropped my egg bites and when the... barista saw she made me another - without asking or saying anything. I was so stressed out that morning and a simple act ofkindness changed my entire day. The coffee is Starbucks, nothing new there, but the people are what make this location worthstopping at. Read more
Reading through the other reviews they all seem great. But my experience was not. The cashier Linda, was rude and did not look... like she was enjoying her job. Then the barista who handed me my drink was to busy on her phone to even look at me and tell mehave a great day. Come on now. Read more
This is the only Starbucks that makes my drink the same EVERY time. A different one I have to ask for the drink to be made in... the cup instead of the shaker. Different prices each time etc. I love this one, never any issues. I ask for my pink drinkseparated so I can mix it before work, no problem. Problems everywhere else. Everyone is super nice too. Christopher, Gina and Makela are all WONDERFUL!! The customer service they provide is some of the very best I have seen at any... Starbucks location. The crew here is phenomenal. Always friendly and always smiling. Being that it's inside Frys is a plus too because it's never... super busy. Customer service has to be top notch especially since they are helping us BEFORE we've had our coffee. These guyshave got it. I would gladly go out of my way to get to this Starbucks. Read more
