I am very disappointed with my experience. I have always loved Pei wei and tonight my dinner was pathetic. I got the smallest... amount of food and when I asked the employee about it she said that?s just how it is. Even though my boyfriend ms bowl hadliterally twice the amount of food in it. The coconut curry was well balanced. Sweetness of the coconut with a little heat. The chicken lettuce wraps had nice crunch... along with a good amount of chicken. The edamame was well salted. The Mongolian beef was tender and quite good. I would haveliked more green onion and a little more crisp on the steak, but overall pretty good. Read more
Ya know I come here like once ever 5 years and keep forgetting why I don't come here. I'm writing this review so I remember.... Really good shrimp dish, forgot which one I got. The carrots in the shrimp dish were raw though but good flavor. The orangechicken was pretty bland and for the price it was about half the amount of chicken you would get at panda express for the sameprice. Overall the 3 entrees I got for me and my 3 small kids wasn't enough for dinner so I had to head back out and get pizza.Spent 38 bucks here to not get full when we usually spend 25 at panda and have leftovers. Had a great experience, ordered to go, waited about 12 min. Service was outstanding, food was hot and packed perfectly. Once... home, everything was accounted for and very tasty. Only drawback for me...no hot mustard. LOL Read more

Working in the online food delivery space, I know its essential for any restaurant or brand to pay very close attention to their... NPS, which is a customer satisfaction metric that measures how likely a customer will return to make a future purchase based ona current purchase. Typically, I enjoy my experiences at PeiWei, but today was different. When we opened the Bourbon Chickenentree, it appeared good, but once we started digging in, we found that it was swimming in sauce. Turns out, a soppy, soggy,rice dish, isnt that appetizing. Great food and excellent customer service from the ladies that were working tonight. We had the General Tso chicken and their... NEW! Firecracker chicken. Both were hot, tasty, and very flavorful. *update* They really need more than one cook. The orders getbacked up and now, the wait times are really long. Read more
What a great experience @ Pei Wei in Surprise today! The NEW spicy Drunken Noodle dish was incredible and the Dan Dan Noodles... are always on point!
