Bought the new Papa bowls they are not worth the money they?re not even half full like the pictures. They just have a small... amount covering the bottom, with sauce and some items not even enough for two people. Gotta give props where it?s due! I ordered a whole pineapple half jalapeño medium pizza, and didn?t realize til we got home... that they accidentally did pepperoni instead of pineapple. My wife is allergic to pork, so we called them up and they remade theorder for us. When I went in to pick up the order one of the employees apologized saying he misread the order, that he was supersorry, and that for his mix up he made the pizza this time a large with stuffed crust. Ordered a large pizza and paid for Papa Johns delivery and they had DoorDash deliver the pizza. After 2 hours of waiting the... pizza never came so I called and canceled the order and got a refund. I don't want my pizza to sit in someone's car while theyare delivering other peoples food and come cold 2 and a half hours later. Read more
I rdered two thin crust pizzas and both were burnt. They were also cold and hard upon delivery
This store a week ago delivered our two pizza order long after the delivery window. I thought the kids were going to eat us... alive. I raised my concerns via the website. A week later, I contacted the manager of the store and they delivered the sameorder from the week before and it was delivered without delay. We appreciate this store making it right! Big fans.
