I?ve been to this location a couple of times since it?s the closest one to me, the cake is fine but the customer service is... poor. Today was my moms birthday we purchased a cake and also asked about the birthday special, everyone was so dry and nonchalant. We were excited to go purchase a cake and have a nice day but the vibe and energy wasn?t pleasant or welcoming. no onewas friendly or told my mom happy birthday. It almost dampened our great mood. This happened the first time we went and Ithought maybe it was one of those days but on a special occasion like today I won?t be returning to this location after beingthere twice and still dealing with not so friendly staff. Can't say enough about these folks! I placed an online order for delivery to family who live in the Surprise, AZ area. Our... online purchase/order of Bundtinis, balloons, cute little flags to decorate the bundtinis and a special message card wentsmoothly with no system hiccups. We received a follow-up call the day before delivery to confirm delivery details, which was apleasant surprise since I can't ever recall getting a call like that from any business. The bundtinis were a surprise for mybrother & his family so delivery timing was super important. The delivery went off without a hitch and my brother & familyraved and raved about how cute and tasty these little bundt cakes were. I went to pick up my mothers birthday cake and the staff was very unfriendly and unprofessional. I went to purchase some candles... and didn?t want to spend $13 for them so I decided not to get them. Instead of the employee asking me nicely to place them backin the original spot she handed them to me as if I worked there. I will never buy a cake from this location again. Read more

So glad they finally made their way to Surprise! It's been a long time since I've been to one of their locations, but it was... the same as I remember. Super cute, and tastefully decorated. The employees were pleasant and cheerful. They have a varietyof coffee mugs, plates, Kate Spade stationary and makeup bags for purchase. We tried a sample of the red velvet. It was meltin your mouth moist, and the icing was as perfect as I remember! Delish! I chose a strawberries and cream bundtlet cake. Theyhave a punch card and after 12 purchases, you get one free.
