Just did the drive thru.. as we were heading out of town for the day. They totally forgot our daughter's order. And didn't give... us any of the BBQ sauce we requested for our other kids order. Went by last night at 7:30p to pick up two happy meals for my grandsons. Drive thru was slammed, so I went inside. Inside... lobby was slammed too! No one was at the register, and "Olivia" one of the managers, was running food from the back to thecounter and calling out numbers. Realizing they were busy, I just waited for about 10 minutes without saying a word, and stillno one came to the register. Finally, when Olivia brought some food out, I said, "is anyone running the register?" Sheliterally looked at me and said, "we're understaffed." (Side note....we spent the last two years of our life hearing"....because of Covid...." for every excuse a business had for lousy service, and now we are going to hear "....because we areunderstaffed...."). I digress. So, I continued to wait, figuring they'd catch up. After another 10 minutes, Jonathan (anothermanager) came out to deliver someone's food and said, "ma'am, has anyone taken your order." I said no, not yet. He stopped andtook my order and said, "I was on break and no one told me it was so busy out here." I told him about my experience withOlivia and he just said, "she's a bit overwhelmed." SO WHY THE HECK IS SHE A MANAGER???? Because my grandsons love thenuggets, I chose to wait, but in the future, I'll probably support the McDonalds closer to my home. They are different ownersand clearly do a better job of hiring. Its McDonald's, the tables were clean, the cashier was pleasant and the food was done right. It only took them about 5 minutes... to get my order out to me. Never had any problems at this McDonald's Read more
Friendly and efficient service, my order was 100% correct, all the way down to the correct amount of ketchup packets that I... requested. Food was hot and fresh and only had to wait like 1 min when I was expecting to wait at least 3 min. Overall, when intown I will definitely be visiting this location again. Read more
This particular restaurant at exactly this location is listed as taking a benefit card of mine. I asked them if they would take... it and they said no, I asked them then if they could try and run it through and they said I'll ask.. and again they said no butI did not ask them to ask again I asked them to try and run it through a lot of times things happen and it's amazing how itworks when you don't know or don't try. Brianna the manager at this location was very rude. I called to speak with a manager to discuss why all 4 of our fries had brown... spots all over them. Brianna explained ?because we haven?t been able to change our oil? I was appalled. Who serves that to theircustomers? One star because her communication skills are poor. All I asked was if I could save my receipt and get a refund at alater time. I explained I was tired after a long day of work and didn?t want to drive back out there tonight. No apology and noother options were provided to fix the problem. Definitely doesn?t deserve a lead position. Read more
I have gone 3 times Everytime I have a bad experience I will be making the drive to bell road for proper service next time. This... last time I got a small fry when I ordered a large as seen in pictures. Other times fry's are cooked to much or old. I get ityour busy and rushed but I mean come on! Read more
They ran out of tomatoes for my hamburger, plus the hamburger was dry and tasteless. French fries were not much to speak... about. The employees were fast, helpful and polite. That's a plus. Quite different since the last time I ate in a McDonald'swhich was about four years ago. Read more
