Highly disappointed. Out of biscuits. Chicken was so old and dry, chicken thighs rolled into a ball of grease and breading,... wasn't even close to being warm inside. The floors were covered in large sticky black spots. The lady up front was busy on herphone instead of cleaning the crumb covered tables in the dining area. Taking this one off the list. This place was filthy starting with the door you come in through, the glass was grimy. The dining area floor had food... everywhere, the tables had trash on them, every table top was filthy. We took our food and left. The cole slaw had way too muchvinegar & the chicken was dry & over cooked. Will never recommend this location, it should be closed to be cleaned completely. Read more
Need more help. Friday 6pm and store is running out of product. Ordered 8 pieces of chicken only. Check tried to charge me... $28.90 for a $19.30 item. Note not a meal deal, just chicken. Arrived at my home to find I only got 7 pieces of chicken. Myfirst time using this location and I would strongly consider going elsewhere. Read more
I understand there is a shortage nationwide at the moment however, if I'm paying for a meal that you do have available I expect... my money's worth....instead I get a half way filled famous bowl. Planned to get dinner. Was told no white meat for 15-20 minutes. We saud okay that's fine and went to order a bucket of dark... extra crispy chicken. Then we were told extra crispy is a 15 minute wait. This was at 5:45PM on a Thursday. Guess yourestablishment hates money by lack of being prepared. Anyways, we're on our way to Church's Chicken for dinner maybe they'll beready to serve their customers. Step up your game or shut down. Read more
Honestly would give a negative-5 stars if possible by far the worst fast food establishments I have gone to. Me and my family... stopped in on Sunday about an hour after the location opened. Only to find the lobby extremely dirty with food crumbs all overthe place from what I can only assume was from the day before. Nonetheless I cleaned off a table so we could eat. I was calledup to get the food we ordered after inspection of are meals it was clear to see that the lack of cleanliness was the least ofthere problems. The chicken was either old chicken from they day before or left in the fryer to long it turned black and wasextremely dry. I took the meals back up asking for an explanation and I quote " it looks that way because it has to be cookedthoroughly all the way through and it is perfectly fine" I asked for fresh chicken and was told that it would also come out thesame. I took my meals and threw them away for the safety of my family and contacted corporate to make an official complaint. Iwish I had taken photos of the food and establishment. I would strongly suggest NOT going to this location for health reasons.Not to mention the rude customers service. Read more
If I could give negative stars I would. This location is a train wreck. My husband just went there, placed his order in the... drive thru, once he got to the window they repeated a completely wrong order so he had to reorder at the window. Then he had topull around to the front to wait and once they brought the food out he was still missing items and had to go back in and getthem. He gets home and I start looking at the food and it?s absolutely disgusting! I wouldn?t feed it to my dog. My wings had nochicken left. It looked like it had been fried all day. It was petrified chicken at that point and same with the popcornchicken. Then there is what looks like mold on the single mashed potatoes and a powdery substance in the family size mashedpotatoes. Completely disgusting! He spent over $50 for this garbage! Please bulldoze this location! I?ve had nothing but issues.How hard is it to take an order and cook fresh food that is edible! The customer service was great and the friendly smiles were very welcoming. The only thing that we did notice was that the... chicken was super dry. And the biscuits were hard, normally there perfectly baked. Maybe a day old or two? Not sure but thecoleslaw and the mashed potatoes were perfect thank you KFC. Read more
