Location was clean and service was fast. They even made a little too much of one of our drinks and upgraded it to the next size... for free! The menu choices all looked good and 3 of our drinks were off the menu but one was a drink they no longer advertise(Berry Lime Sublime) and it still was no issue and caused no delay. Our drinks were ready and waiting for us before we hadfinished paying. They actually have an entire secret menu of drinks you can order. Highly recommend! Read more
I like going here after work on Saturdays but the tall blonde headed guy, He needs to keep his quote" leadership remarks to... himself and not make it a public announcement about staff members and how they clean the floor during a shift change. You mightcan pull the person aside and have a constructive conversation instead of trying to belittle them in front of the other teammembers and guest. I find going to this establishment much more refreshing when he's not at work. Read more
The drinks have good flavor but I'm tired of paying for the large drinks and not getting my money's worth. I think I'll have to... start ordering their medium drinks from now on so I can actually get a full cup. Read more
PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION AND READ THIS. Went and visited this location today and was treated with absolute disrespect.... As soon as I walk in 3 female workers were working and told me that they're system was down and could only accept mobile orders,so as I was placing my order I asked one of the employees what their address was and they all said they didn't know what theiraddress was sorry. I was so confused, how can you work at a place and not know what the address is where you work at! They alllooked at me and my family like we were the crazy ones, but I decided at this point to take my business elsewhere, when I askedfor the store managers name and number the employees said they cannot give that information out, I explained that I was going tolet the store manager and the company know how about how bad of an experience I had at this location was, they all just lookedat me with a bad attitude and then as soon as we started leaving they all started laughing in the backroom, I have this on videoas well of them laughing and will be sending to corporate. I've ordered from here twice on Uber Eats recently and both times they did not add strawberries to the Protein Berry Workouts I... ordered. As one of the main ingredients in the smoothie, I do not know how this could happen TWO times. I received a bland,brown colored drink instead. Read more
The smoothies are so delicious! I got a smoothie and didn't read all the ingredients. I didn't like the taste of it at all, (the... orange in it was bitter) and they gave me another one that was absolutely delicious! Very kind friendly people and nice cooltemperature, would suggest drinking the smoothie outside.???? Read more
