It was so bad I didn't even get to eat. As soon as we pulled up to the drive thru they said"what do you want" very rude". Then... we didn't take it to serious we ask for 2 tacos and then she proceeds to say "we are all out of tacos" you're known for havetacos. Lastly we decide to get a jumbo jack and when we ask for it they say "Why don't you go to McDonald's" we ended up notgetting our jumbo jack. This happened tonight. This is horrible customer service. 24 hour location yet show up at 11pm, 3 cars sitting in the parking yet "short staffed so they are only doing mobile and door... dash orders" you drive by the window and no one is doing anything. Laziness at its finest. Read more

If I could give zero stars that would be accurate. Avoid this location at all costs! They mess up your order every single time!

I order Jack In The Box often through the mobile app. Tonight I ordered it through the app and it took the driver 40 minutes to... bring me food. I live maybe 10 minutes away with traffic. Needless to say when it was delivered it was cold AND I was missing 4tacos. The only thing the store could suggest after being on hold for 30 minutes and having to call 5 times for someone toanswer was I come in to get the food remade. I have a baby at home which is the WHOLE reason I do delivery. The ?manager?wouldn?t give me the bosses number and I was on hold waiting for corporates number for over 5 minutes before I just decided tohang up and look it up myself. This location is sucks!
