24 hour location yet show up at 11pm, 3 cars sitting in the parking yet "short staffed so they are only doing mobile and door... dash orders" you drive by the window and no one is doing anything. Laziness at its finest. Read more

It was so bad I didn't even get to eat. As soon as we pulled up to the drive thru they said"what do you want" very rude". Then... we didn't take it to serious we ask for 2 tacos and then she proceeds to say "we are all out of tacos" you're known for havetacos. Lastly we decide to get a jumbo jack and when we ask for it they say "Why don't you go to McDonald's" we ended up notgetting our jumbo jack. This happened tonight. This is horrible customer service.
