The place was empty and I know why. $28 for a hamburger, fries , coke and a small chocolate shake. As empty as the place was it... should have been spotless. It wasn't. As empty as the place was they could bring your order to you. They didn't. The burger wasdry and no seasoning. I won't go back. Read more

Fast service and great staff. Food is prepared and grilled (or fried) fresh. They have a good selection of toppings to choose... from for your burger. Read more

We just moved to Waddell. Literally yesterday. Came in with a big order. Almost $190. I love my burgers and have ordered many... times from the one on Bell road and 77th Ave and never had a complaint. So going to this one was an easy decision. Sadly, theydidn't provide the same quality. I ordered two burgers for myself. Not only did I not finish my first one (seriously, first timein my life) I threw the second one away. Seems everyone else, while they ate theirs, did not enjoy it either. Fries were good, burgers were bad. $190 lesson I guess. Read more

I purchased 2 regular burgers, a small burger, a large French fries, and 2 shakes. It cost $ 54.00. Now I'll admit that the food... was delicious and the service was good, but I was little shocked by the price. With that being said, I would recommend it toanyone that doesn't mind paying a lot for a delicious burger and fries meal. Read more

Although the gent at the register was nice and welcoming, as soon as he started making a burger, he not only touched his hat,... his ear, his hair, and pulled his pants up all while wearing the same gloves he touched the food with. Why wear gloves if not tobe sanitary. When I told him that he should really be careful in not touching stuff while touching food, he told me he hadalready made my burger as if I shouldn?t care. Come on, Five Guys, you can do better. Read more

Not great. Way too expensive for a mediocre burger. The whole vibe of this chain is like they are aiming at being a high end... diner, but are just serving fast food, so they end up doing neither thing well. Most of the food was pretty bland, I'll probablynever eat here again, and if i ever do want a high end type fast food burger, In N Out is a better product all around. I trieda burger, fries, and a milkshake and it came to a ridiculous 30$. The burger meat, though it is a good beef quality, had noseasoning, and the proportion of meat to the other burger contents were off, there was too much meat and the bun and other stuffjust basically turn into mush and you couldn't taste any other part of the burger. The durability of the bun compared to theheft of the meat is irrational and does not hold up well. Couldn't taste the grilled mushrooms or onions at all and as someonewho likes pickles on a burger, their pickles were flimsy and flavorless. As for the fries, they really weren't bad at all! It'scrazy how the fries had tons of salt but the beef seemed to have no seasoning of any type at all. I also tried a milkshake andwill say, it disappointed. Not sure why, it was more like chocolate milk than a milkshake. Although the fries were good, theexorbitant price and lackluster flavor make Five Guys a "never again" for me. Instead go to in n out burger. I also took off astar because, although this location was decently busy, there were only two employees present. There really needs to be morethan two people doing all this work, and i can guarantee they probably don't make more than minimum, so the amount of work theyhave to do cooking basically everything is quite high for the amount of traffic present. Five Guys, hire more employees and paythem better!! For ten bucks per burger I'm sure you can afford it. Read more

Food is very good but price is a little on the high side (you get what you pay for - quality). They always give an abundance of... fries and I like the remodel at this location. The workers are friendly and hard-working. Read more

I paid $17.39 for the bacon cheeseburger and the smallest fries. With that said, this was my first time trying it, and although... the flavor of the burger was good, felt cheesy and juicy, I don?t think I would come back soon. Too expensive, Nothing beats INN OUT personally. The Cajun fries I did not like. Too much powder spices, it my liking I would just stick with the regularfries. As you see in the pic I left about half or more of the fries. They do serve a big portion of them though although it?sthe small size. I give it a 2 because of the price and how everything is sold separate. Flavor was okay. Read more
