This was my first time trying Dutch bros. I was having a really bad morning, I got a little emotional at the window and Miranda... offered me a free cookie and wrote a kind note on my coffee. I?ve never had this kind of experience at any coffee shop and Ican?t say enough positive things about it. Not to get all sappy but Miranda gave me hope that kind people are still out there.It?s the little things sometimes that go a long way. I just stopped by this location for the first time. Great positive vibes from the team, and the building itself (including the... bathroom) still has that new construction smell. ???? There is a double lane drive through as well as a Walk-up Window. Thepatio area is covered and has multiple misters to keep you cool. I chose the walk-up today and enjoyed exchanging pleasantrieswhile waiting for my order to be ready. I chose the ?Campout Cold Brew?. This is not something I would normally order, but Ilike it and would recommend it to all my fellow vanilla, chocolate, and macadamia nut lovers out there. This is now my favoriteDutch Bros location. Normally dutch bros is over doing it with the customer service. Today the girl taking our order was extremely rude. Standing at... the window a minute and then was told it will be a minute after we just stood there patiently. The drive thru was busy asnormal but not the walk up window. Ok whatever not a big deal move on. The mood at the walk up window was just not there. Then went to pay and she was mad I didn't have it were I can tap my card to pay. She had it upside down assumed i had tap andsaid you dont have tap. Then my wife asked for sugar free. She goes yeah we have sugar free in a rude tone. I changed it from1 star to 3 star review because it was just the worker. The nice lady who gave us our drinks was pleasant and extremely nice. I would have much rather dealt with the other worker. This was my first time at a Dutch bros. As I?m one of those out of town invaders, but I thought it and that cinnamon walnut loaf... I got were the chee chees. Staff there was super friendly, there was a girl out there getting melted by the sun, but she wasjust happy as can be and so was the guy who gave me my order. I?m all for welcoming Dutch bros as our new caffeine overlords.Way better than *bucks. 10.5 stars. Read more

Every Dutch Bros I?ve been to has been great!! They always have the friendly as welcoming staff. However when I say light ice... and extra soft top this location gives me light ice and extra soft top!! My fave beverage is the kickanater that is no longer onthe menu. It is the annihilator with Irish sweet cream. Read more
