Order a burrito bowl for pick up off of door dash and when I got home with and opened it there was no meat in it, the bow was... MAYBE half full, barely anything in there except guacamole, hot sauce, and sour cream. When I called the store the team memberthat answered was really nice but the manager Andrew hung up on me. We had a bad experience today with Chipotle off of the 303 and Waddell. Unfortunately the rice was undercooked (again) and... lumped together with clumps, the chips were very stale, and the carnitas had a very odd piece of flesh in it. Calling the numberof the restaurant just gives you an automated system and can be frustrating. It kept asking me if I wanted to order food when Iasked to submit a question. I finally was able to leave a comment, and was immediately contacted. I sent the pictures on to theassociate, but I'll send them here as well. Unfortunately, this Chipotle is hit or miss: it's either really good or it's justkind of "eh" with cross contamination of food as well (food dropped in other containers). As someone with odd food allergies,I'd like to see a little more consistency in this restaurant. I absolutely love the Chipotle that is on Litchfield Road andBell. Hit or miss. They mess up orders a lot. For example one thing I ordered was missing the guac I paid extra for, the tortilla on... the side, the medium salsa, and the Pico. I dont know how you mess up so many things. I went thru chipotlane and already washome so just let it go. If the other Surprise chipotle didn't have an insect problem I'd go there instead. I guess in future Irather go in and watch them make my food to make sure it's right. Edit: it's gone downhill, the portions are way too small. Newer location. It?s busy, but the line moves quickly. The inside has bar, table and booth seating, but the line to the... counter renders a 3rd of it kinda useless. Inside is small, but clean and crisp Bathroom is massive and for a single person ata time. There?s a drive thru and outside seating. love this chipotle! My order wasn?t ready on time but you have to cut service workers slack because they can only work so fast... and satisfy everyone! I looped around and waited in all no more than 10 minutes for my order and they definitely made up for it!10/10 Read more
Whoever picks the music, please stop. The food was the average Chipotle, but I can't say I have ever heard such horrible music... in an eating area before (and loud just to make sure you can't tune it out). Went here for takeout, don't waste your money.When there is more tortilla then filing in your quesadilla is not worth it. Read more
