Horrible service. I asked for steak counted 8 little squares! But were happy to fill the entire bowl up with rice just to note.... I said come on now with the meat, can i get some more! and they charged me what a shame but overall the tables were trashedline out the door had no chicken and a little steak left was horrible not like any other experience with chipotle usually 10/10this was .5/10 Read more
Came in at 9pm and there were no other customers in line. They said steak would be ready in 12 minutes so we waited. By the time... we ordered, they gave me the steak at the bottom of tin, while you can literally see the cook cutting the fresh hot steak, thatI was waiting on behind the servers. Why tell me to wait, when you already had steak that you were going to give me anyways whenyou falsely promised something? Price changes today, in store only! Charged me for extra cheese and side tortilla... (I know a tortilla is charged in the app... 0.40 cents but I have never been charged in store) and they said "any thing more than a 3 finger pinch" is $1.25 more forcheese. So I built the same meal on the app, extra beans, extra rice, and cheese, added a side tortilla and chips $13.85. Yet Ipaid $15.22 in store. I hope this location feels good about themselves; there was a fundraiser scheduled for our kids? school tonight. I?m wearing a... shirt in support of the school, so they knew why my family of 6 was there. Made it to the register to be told they had CANCELEDit. Heard from another parent that it was because she was promoting the fundraiser to other people in line. Shameful. Obviouslythis location is NOT supportive of their community. Read more
I usually order take out because I?ve never been a fan of the state of their dining room, but I?ve now once again found meat in... my vegetarian bowl. I?m seriously concerned that food cross contamination is happening frequently there. Tried to reach out tocustomer service but I?m being given the run around. Absolutely worst customer service! We picked up the an order from the other Chipotle in Surprise and they forgot the chips. No... big deal, figured we would just call down to the other restaurant right down the road from the office and pick some up. I ordered chipotle 2 nights ago through DoorDash, they were great! But geez chipotle when I order a burrito bowl with double... meat (chicken and steak) and you charge me $19.56 I Expect it to be a decent size bowl. This bowl wasn?t even full. The food wasjust in the middle of the bowl. I know we are having inflation and all but come on, my son was still hungry after he ate. SMH!This is NOT the first time this has happened.
