Went for happy hour and sat at bar. The bartender was very friendly and service oriented. We had been here about 6 months... earlier and actually left because long wait to be seated and hostess was not helpful. Thought we'd give it another try. We werepleasantly surprised. Craig was our server and we tried leaving a good review on the kiosk, but then it timed out on us. He was very on top of... refills, got our order right and out fast, and was also really friendly. Im happy I went with his recommendations on the curlyfries and the skillet cookie. We will probably request him the next time we come in so that the experience matches this one.Overall 10/10 would recommend. Read more
We Ordered food to go for the family and the food came with items we requested off due to allergies so we had to go back a... second time and this time we ordered and payed for drinks as well. The Strawberry lemonade tasted SUPER old so I called to speakwith the manager this time and all she offered was a $5 gift card not even totaling the amount we paid for the all 3 drinks. This is the first time I've physically been to Chili's in about a decade, although I have virtually traveled there several times... with each iteration of The Office. You know bae and I were singing "I want my baby back, baby back, baby back..." as we walkedin. There was no awards banquet today, although I was prepared. Product the menu snapped me back to present day 2022, as itwas colorful and inviting. I actually felt excited by the descriptions and photos. Went with the baby backs, which came withroasted street corn and fries. One bite into that cob and my eyes dilated from the bursting flavor. I love this location so much! The hostess and staff are always so welcoming and kind :) They even sit me where I request as long... as it isn?t super packed ! I would like to pay special attention to their new sizing for the bacon cheese fries!! You can noworder it as a full meal or a 1/2 size (appetizer) and let me say don?t underestimate this!!!! I made the mistake of orderingthis and a side of corn on top of the free nachos since I?m a rewards member. This place will leave you full , satisfied , andwanting to come back again! Read more
I love Chili's but the food seriously sucks now. Check out the classic nachos my wife got today!! What is this??.....????... Definitely not nachos!! Don't order this and don't ever get the Chili!!! It's straight out of a can... for reals!! The fries andranch are never bad though. Read more
The White Spinach Queso was so delicious as an appetizer we ate all of it. I also had the Ranchero chicken tacos, the chicken... was so tender. A very delicious dinner also. They were out of black beans and gave me a substitute, I decided on french frys.The waiters are always really nice and on top of things at this restaurant. Read more
Just ordered a pick up and this is how my sandwich came out. Wonder if they would want to eat that. The bottom bun had absorbed... into the chicken so it couldn't even be eaten as a sandwich and it was cold. Read more
