My my my! Whoever was in back of the house tonight breading the chicken. Let me just say well done. Well done. My chicken was so... on point delicious, juicy occasional piece drop onto my wrapper. I did not waste. I picked it up and ate it. I could barelychew fast enough just so I could enjoy another bite. The breading stayed on the whole time. Well done. Now let's talk wafflefries. I like me the fry with the slightly salted after taste. But this particular medium fry..was my favorite. It had so manybits or crispies. Its the smallest pieces from bottom of bag. Perfectly cooked then all the salt they receive from previouslysalted fries. My absolute favorite over the fry itself. To the front house staff. Were such a delight. Smiles and laughter allover. stood at the register for over 5 minutes and was completely ignored by all employees but as soon as a white man walked up behind... me his order was taken. i just walked out because i don?t have time to deal with ignorant people who have zero customer serviceexperience. absolutely disgusting i will never eat here ever again. hire people who aren?t idiots. The staff is great! But the drive in line has problems. There's not enough room for it in the parking lot, and other drivers get... angry if it extends out of the tiny chick fil-a parking lot. Prepare to be honked at. Read more
I came to this restaurant the other day for a gluten free grilled chicken meal and had a moldy bun so they took care of me and... gave me a refund. All was good until I saw a discrepency with the refund so I came back in to confirm with the manager talkingabout the whole incident next to a cashier. I decided after a nice conversation with the manager to get some grilled chickennuggets so I ordered chicken nuggets figuring he'd understand that I am gluten free. He didn't and gave me breaded chickennuggets. I had to give my whole $6 thing of chicken nuggets to my friend with me. For the price I pay to come here I'd expectmore knowledgeable employees. I absolutely love this place, they truly care about their customers and strive to deliver the best possible service. I ordered a... large breakfast catering order around 30 minutes before the cut off, and mistakenly put an incorrect date. When managementlearned of this, they still honored my order, that day. Was in the drive-through and waited 45 minutes to finally order, while ordering the handheld device overheated when I was almost... done ordering. The guy asked to wait while he goes and gets another device so I can reorder (there was about 12 cars behind)so I told him I'd just go inside as my order contained 8 meals so that way the people in the cars wouldn't have to wait evenlonger. Today was a poor experience didn't have any sodas and the devices over heat. Had to go inside and order and wait anadditional 20 minutes. Read more
It's Chick-fil-A, what more to say? Food is consistently good regardless of the time of day. Employees are always nice,... regardless of the location. The mobile app shaves time off by mot having to wait in line. Great place to eat as always!! Read more
Love this Chik fil a. Always busy but still goes fast. Never mind if you ask for more sauce, never have once gotten my order... wrong and the employees never fail to be completely kind and joyful. Definitely recommend ordering ahead on the app because youget points and free stuff! Plus it makes it easier on you and them and the line goes faster. Read more
