Dear me, I certainly won?t be back. Ordering in the drive-thru at 7pm on a Tuesday. They?ve already shut down the milkshake... machine. There are ?no more onion rings for the night.? Didn?t give me my drinks at the window and just stared at me cluelesslywhen I asked for them. I get that it?s a fast food place, but it shouldn?t have been as bad as it was. Read more

They're ok, but you must ask for fresh food! If not, your fries and other items will be old and disgusting.
In a effort to try something new after a long day, this was a complete disappointment! Picked up my kids from school early and... took them to the doctor with me, under the condition if they behave they get a treat! This was not that! Go through the drivethru and order 4 of the new royal crispy chicken burgers and some fries, they told me there's a 10 minute wait time... No bigdeal. I pull up to the window and pay $45 for what looks deliciousness on the menu. They ask me to pull around to the front andthey'll bring the food out to me.. They bring the food out and my family can't wait to get home and try it, my daughter'salready making plans for the next time we go out what she will order... Once we get home the burgers feel different in size andmy wife is like, "What did you order!?!?" I tell her and she says, we don't have the same burger you have! They all have what Iassume is the "royal chicken BBQ bacon cheese burger" and I have the "royal crispy chicken bacon cheese burger" with no bacon orcheese, my burger also has two bottom buns! In the midst of ignoring my hunger pangs, I call and talk to Tony the manager. Heasked me for my name and number which I provide, he then tells me I need to bring the half eaten food back for a refund or hecan re-make my order. I tell him I can't come back tonight, he tells there's nothing he can do without the food! So I guess mytime, money I spent or gas it costs to travel back means nothing... Way to go Tony for not making any effort at all to rectifythe situation at all, I guess I couldn't have it my way!!! Read more
We just picked up dinner from here. The fries are cold and stale. The onion rings are cold and stale. And the burgers were cold... as well. Everything was horrible. Will not be going back to this location. Read more
Ordered 6 sandwiches and only received 5 when my order was brought out to me. Lady was nice and said everything was in there but... when we got home we were q sandwich short. She didn't give me a receipt at the window and I thought it would be in my bag but itwasn't. Read more
I was here for a large drink which I was given for free... and who doesn't like free? They were so busy and very short staffed... but the 3 people I saw were amazing and kept smiling even though a customer was complaining. FYI: CUSTOMERS ARE NOT ALWAYS RIGHTBUT THEY KNOW FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE PURPOSES WE WILL " make them whole" and they take full advantage of it... SHAME ON YOU GUYS! Read more
