Definitely a spot to get some quick food when you?re on the run. I?ve never had a bad experience with their breakfasts or lunch... times here? it?s nothing to write home about as it?s fast food, but you get what you?re paying for. I would avoid going herewhen it?s later in the day, as the staff seems very inattentive/disinterested, on their phones, and the food is always less thansubpar? the meats cold, veggies are either hard or soggy (there?s no in between) and the fries are almost always roomtemperature as well. On 9/20/22, I walked in to the Waddell Rd Burger King at around 6:05am. I was the only customer. There was a young man behind... the counter slowly putting paper liners on trays FACING ME. I said good morning, and he did not even raise his eyes to me, letalone return my greeting. He finished his little stack of trays, slowly turned and walked away with them without a single word,so I turned and left the store. Absolutely unbelievable. Was it my mask?? My father has cancer and I am taking precautions toprotect him from a wide range of illness, as the common cold would kill him right now. Was it my appearance? I am just comingfrom a three mile walk and really wanted an orange juice to chug as I drive home. Yep, I'm a fat, sweaty old lady. My money isthe same as a hot young chick's though. This is 1 of worst burger kings in the valley, management and staff should be fired immediately before it gets worse. Food was... cold n sloppily put together. My 3 year old could make a better sandwich, please save your money n time!! Read more
Made my order, but forgot something and added it at the window. The lady at the window who I?m assuming was some kind of manager... was rude, I kept apologizing and she just ignored me and handed me the bag and didn?t say anything. Hey I gave your store moremoney so be happy. Read more
Had rewards to use was told they don't honor the 6 digit code so after ordering receipt showed no free items as described in... app. Also no way to input for rewards. Just SOL. Don't go here if trying to use rewards or offers. Also floors were filthy stuckto the floor it was so sticky. The drink bar was filthy Also. Never again at this place. The store closes at 11, we where there at 10:35pm in the drive thru. We waited for someone to take our order for like 10min and... we where the only ones there. So the girl who was going to take the order said they didn't have enough meat and that they wereclosing in 2 min, um it was not even 11. Your store should hire people that want to work. Read more
Is it really so hard to make a hamburger that is not a mess of mayonnaise and does not have a grease soaked bun? I would have... thrown it away, but I was really hungry, having just gotten off work. It was 10:50 at night. It was not busy, three carstotal. There were two ahead of mine. The fries were OK, but needed the ketchup I asked for. The only reason I come here is because my husband loves the whopper, but waiting 40 minutes being trapped in the drive through... literally ever time I have gone is insane!!!!! He better enjoy these burgers because i will not be going back! Wendy's it isfrom now on!!!!!! Read more
